가성비와 위치는 만족 그러나 직원중 태도가 별로인 사람이 있었다. ”
가족들과 도쿄에 3박4일로 여행을 하면서 가격과 위치(지하철 근처) 때문에 컴포트호텔을 선택하였다. 조식은 맛있게 나오는 구내식당 정도였는데 그런대로 먹을만 했다. 첫날 호텔에 12시경에 갔는데 체크인 시간이 2시부터라고 해서 근처에서 식사를 하고 2시경에 호텔로 다시 갔는데 그 직원이 미안하다는 말도 없이 3시에 체크인 할 수 있다고 하였다. 보통 이런 경우에 호텔에서 편의를 봐줘서 체크인을 일찍해주는 경우가 많은데 그 직원은 단호하게 3시에 다시 오라고 했다. 상당히 기분이 나빴지만 어쩔수 없이 카페에 있다가 3시에 다시 가서체크인을 했다. 여행업을 하는 나는 해외 출장을 수도 없이 나갔는데 호텔에서 이런 경우는 처음이었고 한국인이라서 엿 먹일라고 그런 것 같다는 생각까지 들었다. 그외에 다른 직원들은 상당히 친절했다.

위치 좋고 서비스 좋은호텔”
역에서 정말 가깝습니다. JR바쿠로초역 서쪽4번출구로 나오면 바로 왼쪽에 있습니다. 출구만 잘 찾으면 금방이에요. 오후3시부터 자정까지 커피, 물을 무한대로 마실수 있어요. 일본호텔중 조식포함찾기 힘든데 이가격에 조식까지 포함이라 더 좋았습니다. 객실 깨끗함은 당연한 일이겠죠... 호텔 1층에 편의점이 있어 이용하기 편하구요..바쿠로요코하마역이나 히가시니혼바시역도 가까워요.와이파이도 무료로 이용가능해요.

방은 작은편이지만..깨끗하며, 가격대비 저렴한 숙박이 가능한 호텔 이었습니다. 위치가 찾기 쉬운 곳 이었으나 초행길에는 사전에 위치 탐색을 하시는게 좋을듯..좀 많이 헤매었어요..

3박4일동경여행”
일본의 통상 세미더블과 마찬가지로 작지만 구석구석 수납공간 활용이 잘되어있어서 좁다는 느낌없이 잘 지냈습니다. 신주쿠시내보다는 교통이 불편하지만 가격대비 매우 훌륭합니다. 전철이용하는데 조금의 노하우만 있다면 굳이 비싸고 번잡한 시내보다 좋다고 생각합니다

Indeed A Comfort Hotel”
Cons - 5 steps away from JR Bakurucho station and 5 minute walk going to the bus station. The breakfast is good as well as the staff. 711 store is located on the first floor and there are lots of resto that you can choose from nearby. Thank you for making our stay in Tokyo a comfortable one. Will surely book this hotel again.

Highly recommended accommodation ”
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied in the entire duration of our trip. Check-in was a breeze, room is very clean and bed is just enough for a family of three with a 12 yrs old son. Reception is very friendly, trying all the best they can to communicate with us in english. They even give in with our request of high floor, city view room. Breakfast buffet is the best among all the hotels that we've stayed in Tokyo. It keeps you full until noon which saved you a lot of yen in buying early lunch. Five train stations located near the hotel, which are : Bakurocho sta. (JR line) Bakuroyokoyama sta. Higashi-nihombashi station Asakusabashi sta. (7 mins walk) Kodemmacho station (10 mins walk) It is also 2 stops away from Tokyo station thru Bakurocho station. We will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip to Tokyo.

Great location, easy access to train station”
Pros - Clean and good facilities. - Amenities are above and beyond. - Great location, easy to access train stations. - Place is quiet and is a good area to stay. - Staff is polite and accommodating to most of the request made. - 7-11 right beside the hotel. Cons - Most of the cafes close pretty early around this area. Need to get what you want from another area before coming back to the hotel.

EXCELLENT HOTEL”
Great location above subway station, excellent buffet breakfast, staff were amazing and very helpful, I usually go for a run in the morning and the hotel is a couple hundred meters away from the Sumida River and is great for running along river footpath. Also 7-11 shop downstairs was handy for snacks, we used the washing machines/dryer in the Hotel, Highly Recommend this Hotel, we will return in near future and stay again.

The hotel is literally beside the Bakurocho exit which is less than 5 mins train ride away from Tokyo station. The hotel is a good location if a lot of your activities involves travels coming out of Tokyo station. There’s a convenience Store right outside the hotel. No night life around the area though so nothing much to do late at night. Breakfast food is adequate and filling, we didn’t mind that the menu didn’t change much during our 5-night stay. The room is a bit cramped but is as expected in Tokyo but the bed and pillows are comfortable enough for a restful sleep.

Nice hotel”
Everything is excellent. Location is near to 3 station (JR line, Shinjuku line, Asakusa line). Can direct access to Narita airport using asakusa line. They also provide complimentary breakfast which is very nice. You also can put your luggage before check in and after check out.

We have a pleasant stay at Comfort Hotel. During our stay the hotel provides us with a complimentary breakfast. The variety of food was excellent (from my point of view). Overall, we are satisfied with our 5 days 4 nights stay.
