1.Please do not speak loudly both inside the room and at the balcony! Sometimes the neighbors get angry and the policy will come . Please be quiet otherwise you might get in trouble . 2.Please leave garbage in the house and do not throw it out by yourself. Please leave the key on the table when you check out . No need to lock the door . 3.Please make sure to read the check in manual before coming to ensure you could check in smoothly.

Neat and tidy, very close to station and Shibuya crossing. Not so good for collection of keys.”
Not good collecting keys late at night as the keys are in a completely separate location away from accommodation. Other then that clean and tidy.

Does NOT fit 5, only 4”
There is a futon for the 5th person but no floor space to put it. Our 5th person ended up having to go to another place to sleep. In Japan, the futon is just a foam pad, in the US it is a whole couch so that's our mistake for the cultural barrier. Also. It's an inconvenience to have to go 10min detour walking with luggage to pick up the key at a locker station with no English. And also another 10 min walking detour to drop off the key after checkout. Also, there was no option to store luggage at the place before or after.

I was here for 5 nights, the location was good it's only 800m away from shibuya station. Staff communication was superb, He gave me details how to. I never getting problem. Thank you!

Enjoying Tokyo During the Day and Recharging our Spirits in the Night”
Pros: All I can say is that the unit is top notched. It is clean. It is a nice space. The terrace adds a little more excitement to the place. All of what you need is provided just like wifi, soap, towel, etc. All you have to do is sleep to your heart's and body's content. Plus the place is 10 minutes away from the Train station which is great for people like me who commutes. Cons: My only cons is the key station though. There was no detailed instruction of what application you need to find in the tab/monitor of the key station. We spent around 20 minutes figuring how to open the key station. But luckily, we managed to find the app for the key station and we keyed in the passcode and we finally got the key.

This is not a licensed rental unit. Felt very uncomfortable with signs posted everywhere in the building that if you are at this property and have rented a unit to please leave immediately or you will be asked to leave the property and fines may be imposed. This was a very uncomfortable stay.
