Clean and Friendly”
I stayed for 4 nights. Everything was clean and neat when I arrived very late at night, no problem checking in. You have to ask for clean linens and towels, if you want them, but I had enough to see me through the entire stay. I felt secure and at ease. An extremely pleasant time

Room stunck of cigarette smoke, carpet was dirty sheet seem like they were put on dampped. Continental Breakfast was a joke. Only positive was the wifi worked well.

Old, out dated and not kept up”
It took hours to cool the room. There was who knows what on the wall. The fridge was rusty and pieced together. The microwave didn't shut correctly. The shower know fell off. The seal around the shower was cracked, missing and moldy. Remote control cover was broken. The room offered to swap was just as old and disgusting. This was a $50 room that was $200 a night. Never again!

Worst customer service ever! The rooms were horrible, and I had to wait until the following morning for towels. There were two lamp cords spliced together that weren't supposed to be and when I tried to check the plug bc it wouldn't turn on, I got zapped. Horrible

Smell”
The reception smell to smoke really bad, I order a room for non smoker and the room smelled really bad to cigar or smoke. We stay a few hours and leave. I’m not satisfaced at all with the facility.

Dirty and Unsafe”
We travelled here as a family with 3 kids. The only decent thing was the front desk girl named Grace. The carpet was wet, the bathrooms had mold and there was a razor under the bed that my kids found. There were people living this hotel (it is extended stay) however up until 11pm men were yelling, smoking and talking on speakerphone cursing out on the balconies. Early morning they were slamming doors and talking loudly again I assume leaving for work. I was uncomfortable, and went to the front desk to find no working. I was told to call corporate to tell them we wouldn't be staying and corporate had me call Agoda who also has terrible follow up and customer service. I have requested a full refund and will never use this booking site or stay at this facility again.
