Newly remodeled, great stay!”
It was a typical extended stay, some short term guests others long term. The staff was great and super helpful! They let us keep our luggage in the boiler room before we were able to check in, and even after when our flight didn’t leave for a few hours after check out! Very nice and helpful staff throughout our whole stay.

Airport Shuttle”
The website shows that they have an airport shuttle but on arrival we called and were told that the shuttle was discontinued at the beginning of COVID and the website was yet to be updated. Be prepared to call a taxi or ride share.

Okay for the Price, but not worth it for me.”
I stayed here for just one night, the night before a business conference I was attending. The location was the best thing going for it as it took me less than a minute to get to the conference center in the morning and I avoided all the traffic I would have had to drive through to get there. However, I didn't get any sleep in this hotel for a few reasons, which made reserving the room completely useless. First, the entire hotel smelled on smoke. I assume this isn't from a bunch of smokers, but rather a combination of cigarettes with smoke from the 'construction' throughout the hotel. One part of that ,construction' was from a broken elevator. The only other elevator they had is sure to break any moment...it shakes and squeals and barely functions (not to mention the sketchy sign on the door that says "please take the stairs when possible and max two people in the elevator at a time). Finally, other than not being able to breathe from the smoke, I was kept awake all night from car alarms in the parking lot (I was on the top floor and still heard them all night long). Every time I heard a car alarm, I would look at my window to ensure no one was breaking into cars only to find the culprit was a dozen or so stray cats jumping on and off of cars. I know this may be out of the hotels control, but when you come here in order to get more sleep before a long business conference, ... this is not okay. I will say, the new furniture/remodel and the staff were excellent, so that's why I am giving them two stars.

The hotel was in a good location but overall I had a bad experience. I booked my room and paid in full through agoda when I arrived to the property front desk charged me again in full for my room. .... When I got in the bed it looked like they didn’t even change the sheets meaning that there were stains on them. There was a busted pipe in my shower that flooded my hotel room and when I spoke to the front desk she tried to tell me that I left the shower over flowing which was in accurate. She also gave me a hard time when wanting to change my room. When I did change rooms there was mats flying everywhere and the smell of the bathroom was awful.

Beware”
Not the hotels fault but had to call the cops due to a domestic dispute in the room next to me. Called the front desk and they said they would check it out and never did, I kept calling and the never picked up which resulted in me calling the cops and was a whole ordeal.

I paid for the room in advance. When we got there there were NO ROOMS available .”
Had to find another hotel at night that had only one room available at $400. We got completely screwed by I will not use this site again . Now have to get a refund for room that we paid at Extended Stay America . It was horrible experience not being able to get a room that I paid for and look for a place to sleep with 8 y/o child.

Only as a last resort ”
I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend to a friend. The street traffic is way too loud, the bed isn't comfortable, the continental breakfast is terrible. It was clean though so that's a major plus.

No room at the inn!”
We had pre-paid reservations for 2 premium suites with double beds. Upon arrival, they had nothing available. Eventually they found 3 “king” rooms. It took almost an hour to check in and when we finally got to our overpriced rooms, they were single doubles. Not king. The entire place smelled and was not clean. Breakfast was basically coffee, bran muffins, and granola bars. The pros: the cruise port was very close and the staff was at least “trying.” Otherwise I would not recommend.
