위치랑 직원태도만 좋음 딱 그거.”
청소 안해주고, 다음 날 클리닝 안해줌, 셀프임 아침제공안되고, 빨래도 직접 돈내고 해야되고, 근데 위치가 좋음 버스 한번 타면 시부야 에비수 롯뽄기 까지 갈 수 있고, 버스 타면 역도 가까워서 에비수에서 롯뽄기 하라주쿠 시부야 신주쿠 다 쉽게쉽게 갈 수 있다는 점.

좀 더 자세한 설명 부족. ”
이 곳은 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 4층에 여행 가방을 들고 오르내리기란 남자 분이 같이 여행한다면 모를까 어렵습니다. 또한 수건을 고객이 스스로 1층 데스크에서 교체해야하는데 시간은 9시에서 6시 만이 가능 합니다. 일찍 나가셔서 오후 늦께 들어오시면 수건 교체는 어렵습니다. 크기가 매우 작은 공간입니다. 그러나 직원 분들이 친절하고 청소 상태가 좋있습니다. 첫날 청소된 상태에서 다음 부터는 스스로 청소하셔야 합니다. 성수기 가격이 비쌀 때 가서 인지 돈이 아까웠으나 평소 가격이라면 불편을 감수 할 금액이라고 생각합니다.

Cheap and convenient”
the good: nicely sized room compared to other Japanese hotels, clean, handy they have a cheap laundry room on the main floor, bus stop 2mins walk, 24hrs convenience stores 2mins walk, amazing Sento around the corner, quiet neighbourhood. the bad: nearest underground stn is about 10-15mins walk, kinda old-school "kitchen" and bathroom in the room.

Simple yet effective”
All of the rooms in the hotel are smoking rooms, which is kind of a bummer. However, the staff do a good job of airing out the rooms and we didn’t notice any lingering smoke smells in our twin room. The room itself was quite big and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel was quiet when we stayed and we were able to get a good nights sleep. Good location for ease of access to Shibuya and Ebisu.

All facilities are nice except the staff who was assigned at 13 night at reception who is rude”
When we inquire about bus schedule to the staff(who is a man at reception of 13 night) he angrily communicated with us. He though that the customers were distributing him

Too expensive for what it is”
The hotel is too expensive for its location and facilities. Yes, its near the city but the train station is 1.2km away and inconvenient for tourists who have luggages. They also dont have elevator and no one to assist. You would need to carry your stuff till the 4th flr. Zzzz

Easy to find, a cozy bed, hot shower, friendly staff, close enough to the metro and great wifi. Ecactly what I needed as a solo traveler. Will definitely stay again next time I come to Tokyo on my own.

A good location for me. However, the room is old, cleanliness is far from perfect, there are dirties on the pillow and bed. The sound isolation between rooms was not really good.

I stayed here for a few nights and appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. A fairly “no frills” set-up but good value for money.

nice hotel, good for the money”
Very decent hotel, nice personnel, clean rooms. No problem, it's good for the money if you're traveling to Tokyo with a reasonable budget. Wealthy district, calm area, a bit complicated to get to the metro from there.

It's a good budget hotel. The location is a little bit inconvenient. But there are some excellent restaurants and bars! The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom is small. It was just right for my 150cm frame.
