Not even a 2 star hotel”
For this type of hotel I would have expected better service. My husband and I as business owners are all to well aware of staffing shortages. We overcome this by being joyful, helpful and apologetic when things fall through the cracks. Starting from the moment we arrived we could see the lazy, lackadaisical attitude in the valet. Moving so slow, not helping with our bags and not friendly. That attitude was in the rest of the staff we encountered. So it shouldn’t have surprised us to get to an unclean room with no towels. After 3 attempts at calling the front desk, to request a different room, we finally got a hold of someone. No apology was made just a statement that no rooms are available and we will get someone to your room. 3 hours later someone shows up. You could tell they were not happy just gave us the towels and left I followed them to get some cleaning supplies so I could wipe down the room myself. We left for the boat show in the morning and after a long day came back to our room not made up. And no new fresh towels. We packed our bags and left. When we explained to the front desk why we were checking out they didn’t apologize just pointed us to a sign laying flat on the far end of the counter. I walked over to read it and it says Room service available upon request. Well first off if that’s your policy tell the quest when checking in and then maybe put a sign in the room. Not a sign that you have to be standing directly in front of to be able to look down and read. SMH This is not even a 2 star hotel.

Most reviews are about the spacious room, which this hotel had, or the great amenities, which this hotel had, or the great location which this hotel had. But for me, the ocean and bay views from the balcony were everything I could have asked for.

Old and dated”
This hotel is a nice location but the condition of the rooms and the hotels looks like they ha ent been updated for a decade. The worst part about this place is the parking situation. The way that traffic flows in to check cause big traffic jams. There aren’t enough people working the front to control traffic and one night we sat there for 30-45 mins just waiting to get out and drop our car off. The line of cars behind became crazy too. I would not recommend this for the price point.

Wonderful stay”
We really enjoyed out stay at Gallery one Double Tree. The location was easy to get to and near the beaches. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff and our room was so spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend!!

Awful ”
I do not recommend this hotel ever. Super crowded valet parking and horrible line of cars. Only Malcom was at the from desk doing all the work. They never brought me the sheet and the pillow that I asked for on two occasions. In the 3 days that I was there they did not clean my room . The hotel smells completely of marijuana even in the pool you get the smell. The kitchen sink was clogged and the water was stagnant. Horrible everything, I never come back

They get you on Valet Parking”
The hotel room itself was ok and very roomy for the money. It was more like an efficiency apartment-full kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, etc., living room area with extra large tv (60"?), bedroom with another smaller tv and then a spacious bathroom. This could be helpful if you were staying for an extended time frame. What I didn't like is the $33/day valet parking fee. Also, internet in your room was not included in the rate. If you know this upfront and include it in your daily rate then you can choose whether this is what you want to pay. The bathroom was large and spacious but awkward. There was no ledge/shelf for soap/shampoo.

A little to hustly with the Vale parking. Food vrity is limited. No wifi in the rooms :-( Pool is misslocated, when windy is like a wind tunnel and not usable Generally, very good expirience i must say

This is centrally located to a number of great restaurants, and is easy access to the airport.

doubletree of water view bliss”
Best in water view and location before ocean view ft. lauderdale hotels. Kitchen is a plus with two stove burners, microwave and good size fridge. Clean beds and bathrooms. Housekeeping is friendly, but not from front desk. Parking is the down side with $18 fees for self and $23 for valet.

Hotellet var fint, god beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen. Pænt rent, venlig personale og god morgenmadsbuffet. Dog en dyr fornøjelse at parkere der!!!
