Such a beauty”
For the price I didn’t expect such a beautiful spot. I should’ve been charged triple. I think the only reason it was so cheap was because tourist all go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. What a hidden treasure in Pembroke, FL I will definitely go back.

Very good price for a last moment booking. We were very well greeted by the staff. Amazing team, young, smiley and professional from beginning to the end. The hotel is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood and close by several shopping centers and the highway. The rooms are large and we had a nice view of the golf course. We’ve received some voucher for the breakfast. It’s a very simple buffet. My friend loved it. I’m a picky person when it’s come to food and I didn’t like it. Now regarding the cleanness of the hotel we can find better. Not dirty and not that amazingly clean either. Kind of old, with old furnitures and the AC make some noise! I was also having some issue with the smell of the room and find out it was because of the AC. The WiFi worked perfectly and we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the spa. It’s a nice hotel to stay for a short period of time. Longer I would of starting complaining with the imperfections!

Service needs improvement ”
Checking process and checkout process was smooth both front desk staff was great. However, your breakfast staff needs improvement. There was a lady staff member who was extremely rude complaining in front of all guests. She took a plate of food off a guest hands as they were leaving. Telling them food is not allowed to be taken out. Was a very uncomfortable experience and not too mention the food selection was not very good. I’ve been there many years ago and don’t recall service being this way. It’s definitely changed for the worse I apologize but needs a friendlier breakfast staff and better food choices on breakfast menu.

golf and overnight before cruise”
From Miami airport the cab ride (using the toll lanes) was almost $100. To the Ft. Lauderdale port was $65. We chose this location because it's a golf resort. We were able to check in early which was great. Glad our bags weren't too heavy because having to carry bags upstairs isn't ideal. The room was old but decent and the bathroom and sheets were clean. The desk staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The golf course/staff is great. Our issues were all with the on site restaurant and bar. We were almost late for our tee time trying to get 2 sandwiches to go. They were apparently short staffed but it was pretty bad. The staff that was there (1 bartender) was doing his best with a fairly busy bar. The beverage cart just waved at us and blew right on by when we would have loved a drink. Dinner was ok. Included breakfast was much to be desired. I guess you get what you pay for.

We had free breakfast during this stay. The food was really good. Would suggest having two TVs for double bed rooms

Time Travel to 1985”
Rooms are dated. Everything is old. Air quality is horrible. AC unit made noises all night. Beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a basic continental style. Similar to what you would find at a motel. Lacation is west of Miami. Be prepared to pay tolls if you want to head to south beach. I had another booking to stay here in 3 months but I quickly canceled. I would not stay here again. If you are a golfer, the greens are worth the stay

I did not get the bed I asked for.the beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Carpet old and dingy . one large roach found in. bathroom.

Surely was a great place by the time they´ve opened it. But it needs a lot of love and care. Crappy, old and noise air conditioners, in general requires a lot of maintenance. Not very clean, found a cockroach at the bathroom... Breakfast was far from being good. Few items, low quality. the best they have is the quiet location surrounded by the golf court, and the personnel that is nice and courteous.

I book for three nights and paid for Three nights, but they checked me out on the second night ”
And Charged my account again and turned off my key.. complimentary breakfast was not very good, served eggs but no bacon or sausages , you are charged extra for those .
