엘리베이터가 없는 4층입니다... 신오오쿠보 한식거리 근처에 있어요 그래도 나름 잘 찾아다니긴 했는데 위치 찾는데 시간 좀 걸렸습니다

왠만한 집기류 다 있고 인원수에 맞춰서 바디타올 1개씩 있으나 세면타올은 없었음 타올이랑 옷은 세탁기로 세탁. 드라이기. 고데기 다 있고~ 와이파이 되요~ 숙소 사용하는데 아무 불편함 없이 잘 있다가 왔네요~^^

Clean and cozy, walking distance to New Okubo station”
The home is clean and neat. Confined but comfortable space just nice for 2-4 people (don't expect spacious premises in city centre). There is no lift & it is located at 3rd floor (it's good for you to train your arms if you're carrying large luggage :P). Prompt response from the helpful owner, will definitely stay again if travel to Shinjuku next time.

5mins walk to jr yamanote line (shin okubo) 2mins walk to Donki Room is clean and complete Very accommodating owner The only downside is there is no lift or elevator Overall experience is great! If we go back to Tokyo, will definitely stay here again.

Very comfort but just enough max 3 people ”
The place very comfortable , very clean and very close with shin okubo station just between 3-4 minutes you can reach that station .. but i suggest that place just enough for max 3 people because the room very small .. but over all i satisfied book your room.. thank you

正確的地址是百人町的1-3-3，不是大久保1-3-3，而且房東沒有先主動通知房間位置，一開始走到正確地址但找不到入住地方，結果搜尋地址反而跑到錯的地點，來回多花好多車資...也沒先通知實際入住方法，提前一周就詢問了但只說當天會通知結果卻沒有，如果當天運氣不好房東沒回訊息差點就要露宿街頭了，所以有點生氣。 房間的格局非常好，就是一般常見的日本個人公寓，裡面在你原本住家裏該有的家具都有，比住商旅還要舒適，因為就像是待在家裡一樣，樓下是韓國街，全部都是韓國料理，下樓走不用10秒就可以吃飯，不過因為房間小床也小，是單人大床兩張，但有附地舖所以三人原則上是可以很舒適的，四人的話就不太建議，除非是女性或有小朋友，大男陣會塞爆吧。

房間雖小，五臟俱全，洗衣機、冰箱、瓦斯爐、浴缸、衛浴分離。離山手線新大久保站很近，很熱鬧，生活機能很好。唯一的缺點是位於四樓，沒有電梯。
