한국말 가능한 직원이 있고요 직원들이 너무 친절합니다 주위에 니혼바시 닌교초에 오래된 전통 상점이 있고 긴자와 우에노도 가깝습니다 신주쿠쪽 관광지와 약간 거리가 있긴 하지만 저녁에 호텔 주변 조용하여 편하게 쉬기 좋습니다

가족들이 묵기 좋은 곳”
침대 4개짜리 방에서 묵었습니다. 한 분이 한국말도 잘하셔서 한국인으로써는 편하게 지냈습니다. 영어도 어느정도 가능하고 방도 다른 호텔처럼 사진은 커보이는데 실제론 작은게 아닌 실제로 큰 방이었습니다. 휴가기간동안 정말 편안히 지내다 갑니다.

Stayed 6 night with family of four ”
The location is very convenient and hotel is clean and comfortable. Comes with washing machine, cooking stove and Netflix . Will come back and stay again if I visit Tokyo.

Excellent stay. Staff very friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel as returning guests. On the day we returned to the hotel, it was already late evening and our left luggage was already in our room. Feels like returning home.

Excellent for a family of four or five. Train stations, bus stations and convenience stores are within reach. Staff very helpful. Walking distance from T-CAT for those taking airport limousine bus from either Narita or Haneda airport -safe the hassle of changing trains when you are loaded with bulky luggage.

the kids really enjoyed it. Staff was excellent. Service was superb. Near a train station and airport express terminal. Surrounded by delectable restaurants. Defnly will be back!

Great hotel in a good location!”
The hotel was indeed a good choice to stay for a week or more. Staff was friendly. Location was good and was really near to T-CAT for the airport limousine bus. Train station was a few minutes walk too. Overall it was a great place and we both had a wonderful stay in Tokyo.

There is really good place. If i have a chance i want to stay again this hotel. But if you use the JR LINE that is little difficult. Because there don't have near by JR LINE. There just has a METRO LINE. But if I stay this hotel that is okay.

This hotel is fantastic and everything is brand new. For Tokyo, the size is excellent for the price. The staff were the absolute best. Highly recommended!

地理位置极佳”
good location, very close to the Tokyo city air terminal and the subway station（水天宫前）, friendly and helpful staff, enough room space for two people，7-11, Lawson, Familymart are all around it. but the room needs to be cleaned more carefully, as it's in Japan

Great location”
Strength: 1. Just a few minutes walk to Metro station (Suitengumae, Z10) and the Tokyo City Air Terminal where you can take an airbus to the two airports directly. 2. In-room washing machine+dryer 3. The bathroom can be turned into a laundry drying room. I used that to hang dry my clothes. It was great. 4. There are a 7-eleven and a Lawson store nearby. 5. Rooms are clean Downside: 1. A bit expensive 2. No breakfast or other facilities like swimming pool or gym room 3. Not many dining options nearby
