저렴한 가격에 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 다만 1인실은 일반적으로 생각하는 일본 비즈니스 호텔 룸보다도 더 작았고, 중간에 청소를 해주지 않는 에코플랜이었으며(투숙 중 청소가 안되있어서 알게 됨), 체크아웃 시간이 오전 10시인 점이 조금 아쉽긴 했습니다. 그 외 직원들의 매우 친절한 서비스와 일반적은 부대시설은 모두 갖추고 있는 편의성, 그리고 우에노 역에서 도보 10분이 걸리지 않는 위치가 매우 좋았습니다.

Good location and pleasant stay”
Very close to Ueno Station. Good for catching early train next morning. Small but clean room with comfortable and good size bed. Will visit again.

Was caught up for over 4 hours at immigration after flight and couldn’t arrive at the 11pm check in time. Staff was responsive and offered alternative method immediately. Thx so much for your help!!

Tiny room & tiny bathroom at moderate rate. A few hundred meters from Ueno Station and less than 1 km. from the Keisei Ueno Station.

Simple, Clean close to station.”
This is not a 5 star hotel, but the room was quiet dark and comfortable. Like a lot of Japanese rooms it is not large, perfect for 1 person or a happy couple. The Hotel has larger rooms available. Would happily stay again, Ueno Station being a hub means you can get JR, Tokyo Metro, or a Shinkansen.

Confusing room options caused problems”
The room options were misleading, and I ended up choosing a smoking room by accident. When I complained about this, the front desk staff were unable to help, and basically told me to put up with it. Obviously, I was less than pleased. Luckily, I stayed only one night, or the situation would have been worse.

Good Location”
very small room and no cleaning service for the room during the stay, you need to clean up your dust bin by yourself after all, it is a Good Location and suitable for Solo or Bagpack couple.

What you see is what you get”
If you just need a place to sleep and bathe in while you go out the whole day - this is fine. Small but room for 2 luggages - no more. Place is a bit of a walk from Ueno Station so if you have luggage , be prepared. Street is quiet, but walk a couple of blocks and you are in a bustling area of eating places and shopping. Good for value travellers.

Kind staff and good location”
I will definitely stay here again. The staff went out of their way to help us with all out needs even after check out. It is really 3 minutes away from Ueno station. The only down side is the smell of smoke, but we are not picky travellers so it’s bearable.

The place is near the train station. Quite small room for 2. Room wasn't clean enough especially the beddings

Dirty room (smoking option)”
I requested for early checkin and they agreed and charged 2000 JPY for it. Was expecting a really clean room but the tables and microwave top portions are full of dust! Even found a leftover condom packaging! Did not bother to report that time as we were so tired of our travels. Not to discredit the hotel but please make sure your rooms are clean for pleasant customer experience.

Hotel with Good Location and Price”
The hotel is very close to Ueno Station Iriya Exit with just 5 minutes walk and there are 2 convenient stores between hotel and station. Although the room is small and barely enough to open the luggage but the price is acceptable with this location for a single traveller. Hotel staffs were very nice and self check in & out process were very smooth. Cleaning of the room can be improved as dust can be found on desk and top of microwave oven.
