Best hotel I've ever stayed in”
The facilities and staff are all top-notch. The hotel suite was amazing. The hotel has a reading room which is always stocked with snacks. There is also a free laundry facility. The staff has excellent English fluency and are always helpful. Their suggestions for getting back to Haneda airport were extremely helpful and saved us a lot of time and headaches. This may be pricey for some people which is why I didn't give it a five star rating in the value category. We felt that this was money that was well spent, but not everyone may feel this way.

We were there the day before the typhoon hit Tokyo. The staff were quite extraordinary in the help they gave us to enable us to catch our flight home. We cannot praise them enough.

Outstanding, incredible hotel”
We travel a lot (over 30 flights in the last two months) so we see a lot of hotels, this one is probably one of the best we’ve ever stayed at, it has wonderful staff, an elegant restaurant, is conveniently located near the subway and perfectly clean, a lot of hotels in Japan can claim this though but what impressed us with this hotel was the attention to detail in the rooms, the furnishings, the shower, hand crafted bath, included mini bar, postcards, CD if music ready playing, the high level of decoration and general ambiance was wonderful. We will definitely be back here....whoever is the hotel designer should be congratulated as it was a fabulous start to our time in Japan.

Exceptional stay that exceeded expectations ”
We were fortunate enough to spend our first trip to Japan at this wonderful hotel. This truly was one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive to every need. They greeted warmly us with tea and cold waters and recommended great restaurants and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The rooms were incredibly comfortable with every amenity including coffee, tea and snacks. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return to this very special and lovely hotel.

Best hotel ever stayed!”
Arrived early in the morning, offered to use the shower room which was just great after a seven hour flight. Room was spacious with a fantastic bath tub! Location was also great for almost anywhere you want to go. Staff was very nice and helpful. Honestly, nothing to complain about, will definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Tokyo.

The attention to details is absolutely unbeatable. Everything is set perfectly and is made to make your stay at extreme comfortableness. I would give 6 stars for service and facilities with no doubt. A super quiet and convenient location, but the Metro Ochanomizu station is a bit tricky to find. 2-3 friendly and professional staff members service only 9 rooms. You can image the level of personalised service you are expecting. Highly recommended to anyone. Will definitely stay again.

i feel unhappy actually with this expensive experience”
i have this expensive one for my parents, though the receptionist very welcome way but the way inside not like that at all. when i stay with my parents there they gave me a limit time of stay with parents till 9pm, and they phone called and came up to ask me to leave the room as they do not permit 3 persons in one room. I am with my parents there, it can be like so and in such a rude and impolite talking way with an most expensive payment of the room i did for the whole trip. it's totally something i cannot understand. I don't think they do things in a good and right way, i do complain on that, that's our last stop of the trip and the worst feeling i got. i cannot say this is a good service at all, and i will definately never live in this hotel anymore, they money no worthy at all!

Unforgettable Experience ”
Hotel location is very good. Close to subway - about 5 minutes walk only. I do love the traditional Japanese style room, detailed oriented, bed is most comfortable compare to all hotel chain I ever try. Afternoon tea in library is just a nice and peaceful moment with myself surrounded by beatuiful books and the colorful leafs outside of the window. Breakfast I ordered was just fantastic, very tasty in its own elegant presentation. The staff are very nice and try to help me with all my needs from guide the directions to go around the city to the exact on time breakfast serve in room. I will definately go back again.

Wonderful urban inn, in a quiet area of Tokyo.”
The rooms are huge, beautiful and immensely comfortable. Bathrooms are also enormous, with giant traditional soaking tubs. Staff is unfailingly helpful and polite. Since there's only 9 rooms, you pretty much have personal service available at all times. Multiple metro stations are within 5 minutes on foot. Akihabara and Jimbocho are also within walking distance. Only cons are no impressive view and an overly expensive breakfast.
