일단 나리타 공항에서 오기 불편합니다 착각했었는데 나리타행 스카이라이너는 JR선 우에노역이 아니고 게이세이우에노역에서 타야합니다 위생상태는 특히 화장실쪽이 약간 불량했어요 하수구 냄새가 좀 났어요 그리고 시설이 노후된 느낌이 많이 들었어요 수리를 조금 할 필요가 있을것같았어요 그래도 직원은 아주 많이 친절했습니다 조식은 꽤나 비싸보여서 안했네요

이곳 흡연실은 비추합니다.”
오래된 호텔로 비데는 수동식이었고 수도꼭지도 더운물 찬물 따로 틀어놓는 방식이었습니다. 청소상태 깨끗하고 방도 싱글룸치곤 쾌적했습니다. 물 없음. 제가 흡연을 해서 흡연가능객실을 얻었는데 방을 열자마자 담배 쩐내가 확!! 일본 호텔 여러 군데를 경험했지만 이렇게 심한 경우는 없었고 창문을 열어두지 않으면 머리가 아플 정도 였습니다. 담배 냄새 심하게 배어있는 것 외에는 추천할 만 합니다.

출발 이틀전에 스모킹실을 할 수 없이 예약했는데 담배 냄새 빼고는 만족합니다. 키 큰 사람에게는 욕실 층고가 낮을 수 있습니다. 다소 협소하지만, 접근성이 매우 훌륭하고 깨끗하여 고단한 여저에도 잠 잘 옵니다.

Very Good Location and Service”
I stayed here at this hotel a couple time. This is a great hotel with a good location near station and shopping area. Service and Staffs here are great. Hotel’s room is quite small but clean. Room cleaning service is great. I’m not hesitated to stay here next time if I have a chance to come to Tokyo again!!

Very nice and convenient place for two people”
The hotel was closest to Ueno station, and the room was bigger than some other hotels in the same price range. It's always a hassle to go around Ueno station at first, especially with heavy suitcases, but eventually it seemed easier when using the Iriya exit. The room is fully featured and spacious enough for two with both carrying big suitcases. The staff were nice and helpful. There is a restaurant which seems to specialized in grilled meat on the ground floor but we didn't try it.

Good location, good room, ”
I travel with my family and stroller, location is very good. Next to JR Station and subway, near park and restaurant. Not far from shopping area but peaceful atmosphere. I been there during Hagibis typhoon we can utilized hotel restaurant. Everything safe there. I will be back again next month!!

The Best in Ueno”
This is my first choice for stay in Tokyo every time. Close to JR Ueno station just 5 min walk. the corner room is quite big and comfortable.

Excellent Hotel - Very close to Ueno Station”
Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were great, staff very helpful and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is situated very close to Ueno station which makes it a breeze to get anywhere in Japan. I would definitely stay here again

Nice clean hotel with good location”
Location is really great, is beside Ueno station. Stayed in a small double room and for my husband and I, the room size is ok and fit us comfortably. There’ space to open 2 medium luggages (1 on floor and another on the portable rack). Love the amenities and toilet with the control panels. My parents stayed in another same type room and the seating area is a bit different. Ours have chairs and theirs has like a sofa. Facility wise, good to have the washing machine and dryer in the hotel for us to use during the trip. Only complaint about the hotel is the short stairs leading up to the reception. Since there’s 5 luggages to carry up and down the stairs (and it was raining heavily when we checked out), it’s quite a hassle but still manageable. They didn’t provide umbrella for complimentary use, which is different from our hotel in Osaka, but you can buy them at the reception if need. During our stay, there’s a couple of days that’s raining and we end up buying umbrella in another store.
