위치는. 좀 말로 표현하기 그렇네요. ㅎ ㅎ 깨끗하고. 공기 좋습니다. 그리고. 주차장에서 등지고 왼쪽으로 200M 좌측에 편의점이 있습니다. ( 타호텔 1층) 셔틀도 좋고. 다음에 도쿄가면 이곳으로 꼭 갈 예정입니다.

도쿄디즈니랜드 근처 숙소로 예약했습니다 공항에서 숙소로 바로 가는 차는 없어서 도쿄디즈니랜드까지 와서 택시를 탔습니다 대략 2600엔 정도 나왔고 산우라야스역에서는 택시 1400엔 정도 나왔네요 셔틀버스가 많이 있는건 아니고 아침시간에는 시간당 2-3대 가량 그 이후시간은 시간당 1대뿐이라 시간은 확인을 잘 하셔야 합니다 주변 호텔은 로션 편의점이 있어서 그쪽을 이용했습니다 모든 것이 편리하나 아마도 교통편이 조금 아쉽습니다

- Best hotel to stay if you are planning to go to Disney Sea and Disneyland - I assume the price in most hotel website and the official website are almost the same, I suggest you book the hotel through the official website if you want to earn Hyatt Membership points for your stay. Otherwise you will not earn any points for your stay. But if you found a cheaper price than the official website, its up to you to choose. - Check in process was smooth and fast - Receptionist can speak english well (easy to communicate) - All the staff are kind and polite ( Always greet and smile to you) - There is an ATM Machine to exchange foreign currency provided near the entrance, you may use the machine to convert your notes to JPY currency - The room was spacious and comfortable for travellers with family (3-4persons), amd also equipped with 50 inch flat screen tv - Sofa bed was comfortable and they also provide extra pillow and blanket - Bathroom and toilet is spacious and have bath tub - Bottle mineral water provided everyday for free (3 bottles), but if you wish to have more, just dial the room service for assistance - Room was cleaned everyday and they will put a note on your desk with their name on it to ensure you know who cleaned the room and wish you a memorable stay - During my stay, Thank you to Yoshimi Sekizawa who continuously clean our room everyday - Bathrobe and pyjamas are also provided during your stay ( They will change it everyday for hygiene purpose ) - Breakfast was superb and a lot of variety for you to choose from and they also have kids food section (Highly recommended to try the fried chicken, hamburg teriyaki sauce and daily fresh pastries) and even the honey also was really fresh and pure honey comb - Hotel will provide free shuttle daily to DisneySea, Disneyland and Shin Urayasu Station (Please refer to the hotel website or ask the reception counter for the shuttle bus timetable) - Unfortunately the rooftop was closed for private event / winter season,

Stayed 2 nights. Room was big for 4 of us ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tepanyaki restaurant was good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hotel restaurant food need to improve and its not worth to pay so high for the taste. Not recommended. 👎 Staff was really good, they can talk fluent english and they help us to carry our beg to next hotel for us to transit to airport. Really appreciate their service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Dont worry hyatt provide shuttle bus to Disney. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bus stop is right Infront of hyatt hotel for local bus 👍 Overall Hyatt is excellent and I will come back to stay this hotel again. For staff and management good job and all the best 😊

outstanding location. outstanding staff. there is a lawsons in lobby. free shuttle to town and train station. free shuttle to disney and disney sea. rooms are real nice. beds are super comfortable. bathrooms are immaculate. room has control of heat or AC anytime. great great place.

My husband made a mistake and booked our room without the kids. Hyatt didn’t mind and even gave us an upgrade. The staff and facilities were clean and top notch. I hope to book again next time.

Comfort at its finest”
We had quite a time travelling as it is quite far from public transport. Best if you head there during the morning, or anytime before 10pm as there are shuttles from Disney & Shin-Urayasu station. Best way to get there unless you plan to splurge on cab rides. My family and I found the hotel very pretty and with very helpful staff. In particular Ms. Mariko Ishigaki, she was super kind and genuinely enjoyed helping clients (including us) which was very warming. Thanking her for her kind hospitality during our stay. There wasn’t many facilities - only a mini garden plus a small gym. Maybe a pool/onsen would be great in the future. Their towels and bathrobes (yes the bathrobes) were just so comfy I wish we could have them everywhere! The restaurants are a little over budget but understanding they are of very high quality. We opted for the buffet at the lobby floor which was just good enough. Overall, this hotel was splendid.

Place was very beautiful and clean. Very hip yet classy ambiance. Shuttle to/from Disney was very efficient. Loading/unloading zone at the disney resort is a little far though. Shuttle to the train station was disappointing. They make you check out at noon but there is no shuttle service between 12:06 to almost 3 pm.

Everything is good , its just the location very far from the city area and there is no room service so if u want to order food you have to go down to the restaurant . But the room was superb

Overall good, but still have some space for improvement”
The experience of stay was good except for the inconvenient location. There were not many restaurants near the hotel. Not many choice for eating. In addition, the shuttle bus is not very on time. We took the 12:05 shuttle bus to the JR station, but the driver waited for late hotel guests for about 10 minutes, which is not fair and such a waste of time for other guests who took the bus on time.

Overall it's a great experience. One thing to take note is that the scheduled shuttle bus time changed from time to time (based on different season) without informing customer, hence there are possibility that you may not be able to catch the bus scheduled time. Please ask the front desk for latest shuttle bus time table.

Nice modern hotel ”
We booked two rooms for a night’s stay here when we missed our flight back due to torrential rain, road/rail closure on the 25th Oct. (family of 4 adults 2 young children). Room was huge and beds were comfy. Toilet was amazing, very new and had very nice automated toilet features. Cool nice modern touches and I like that they provided a very nice robe. Price wise is on a high side given that we made a last minute booking and I think there is a slight price discrepancy for what I booked on agoda and what I paid at the hotel. Overall it was a nice comfy stay and location is near Disneyland Tokyo, and close to the city Centre for those who would like to do some shopping. Great and perfect for families for the young and old!

Clean but Dishonest Housekeeper”
Left a Timberland Cap upon check out at 9.40am. Called hotel while in a Shuttle bus to train station to check and to keep. Come back at 7.30pm. Unfortunately, its gone. Pretty sure i left it hang at the shoe horn. They promise to call me back...but never

It’s far from everything except Disneyland/Disneysea”
Location is ok if staying for Disneyland/disneysea. Free shuttle bus to and from Shin-Urayasu. But travel time to other tourist attractions is a minimum 30 minutes from the hotel. Be prepared to spend a lot of time getting to and from places. We accepted this when booking here. Buffet breakfast was standard. Facilities very clean. Room itself was very spacious for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. Was much bigger than what I was expecting. Communication is poor. I booked the hotel over a month prior to our stay and sent multiple emails with no response from them.

Excellent service”
The hotel might not have the best locality and requires some time to travel into city center. But free shuttle bus to nearest train station can remedy. That aside, the hotel is among a nice Urayasu area and offers serenity from hustle and bustle of downtown Tokyo. The room is cozy and adequate size for a couple with 1 young child.

Disappointed”
Checking in was the best and the front desk was so helpful. But the next morning with a different people was a disaster. We ask to get us a van but instead get us 2 taxi where we spend more. Also i ask them to clean the room every morning coz we are not there the whole day. When we arrived that night out room wasnt clean. Also they are not helpful in arranging us a transportation. I was so disappointed. I always booked in hyatt on other countries. This is the 1st time that i experience this kind of service.

Nice hotel, but restaurant closes at 8pm”
In general hotel is nice and new, only few shuttle buses are going to disneyland per day. Due to covid there is no in-room dining service at the moment, but what was more shocking that they also close their restaurants by 8pm. After complaining to their management team they seemed to have changed their opening hours of their restaurant, as we could see that new customers arrived on the next day at 8.30pm and still got seated.
