최악의 조식, 7세 이상은 성인요금 이해 안돼”
일가족 5명이 체크인을 했습니다. 대학생 큰 아이 둘이 객실 1개, 저희 부부와 막내 초등4학년 객실 1개, 이렇게요. 그런데 초등 4학년은 7살이 넘었으므로 성인이라, 한 객실에 성인 2명밖에 안된다 합니다. 아이 때문에 따로 객실을 잡아야 하는지 난감한 상황에서 5만원을 더 지불하라 하더군요. 다행이다 생각하면서 5만원을 지불했는데, 그냥 넘어가 줄 수는 없었는지 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 다음날 아침 조식 도시락이 왔는데, 이건 정말 최악이네요. 부드러운 마늘빵 모양에 안에 계란인지 감자인지 으깬것을 속에 넣은 것 두개이고 반찬 비슷한 그릇 2개인데, 이게 토마토 으깬 건지 맛도 이상하고 반찬인지 아닌지도 모르겠네요. 양도 적은데, 그마저도 먹지를 못하겠더군요. 세상에 호텔까지 와서 이런거 먹는 사람이 있을까요? 조식 포함이 조식 안포함된 객실보다 7만원 정도 더 비싼던 걸로 기억하는데요. 객실 2개 14만원 냈는데, 먹지도 못하고 쓰레기로 버렸습니다. 큰 애들은 하나 먹었고, 저희 막내는 손도 못대고 저만 한 두개 먹었는데, 이건 한국에서 천원짜리로 팔아도 안 사먹을거 같습니다. 이런 도시락을 조식으로 주는건 정말 너무 잘못된거 같습니다. 다만, 신규호텔이라 깨끗했고, 체크인 하는 곳 옆에 바를 무료로 개방해서 와인, 맥주, 음료수 스넥 등을 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인하고 와인 한잔 했는데, 좋더군요. 그런데 와인 나오는 곳이 고장나서 와인은 더이상 서비스가 안되었습니다. 시설도 좋은거 같고 깨끗한데 여러가지로 아쉬움이 남는 호텔이었습니다.

긴자 돈키호테 1분! 위치 최고! ”
긴자 돈키호테에서 정말 1분 걸리고, 제일 가까운 역은 신바시역! 5분 이내로 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 긴자 메인 거리도 5-10분이면 도착할 수 있어서 위치상으로는 정말 만족스러웠어요. 한국어를 할 수 있는 직원분이 있어서 편했고, 직원분들이 정말 너무너무 친절했습니다. gym등의 편의시설은 없었지만 리셉션 앞 라운지에서 음료, 간식, 빵등 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 이 부분도 좋았어요. 뷰도 기대 안했는데 나쁘지 않았습니다. 추천해요 :)

위치가 최고인 깔끔하고 조용한 숙소!”
신바시역에서 도보 5분정도 거리에 있습니다. 긴자 메인도로 초입이 방에서 보이고, 바로 앞에 마트, 편의점, 돈키호테도 있고 도쿄 여행에는 최적인 숙소였습니다! 저녁에 들어와 스낵바에서 맥주나 와인, 사케, 아이스크림등을 무료로 가져다 먹어도 되니 정말 편안, 편리 그 자체였습니다!! 추가 부대시설 (보통 큰 호텔에 있는)은 없지만 자유여행을 만끽하기엔 너무 좋은 숙소가 아니었나 싶네요! 저희는 청소년 아이들 2명이 있어 커넥팅룸(방2개)으로 하루 호텔비용이 만만치 않았지만, 혼자 오시는분들 비용 생각하면 괜찮다고 생각합니다~!

프리미어룸이라 24시간 라운지 이용이 가능했는데, 물도 술도 마음껏 먹을 수 있는 점이 너무 좋았고 지하철역도 가깝고 시내도 가까워서 도보 이용이 가능했습니다. 또한 공간도 꽤 넓어서 답답한 느낌 없이 묵을 수 있었고, 어메니티도 너무 잘 이용했습니다 :) 긴자에 들리신다면 강력 추천드립니다!

바로앞에 돈키호테있고 편의점있고 긴자선이라서 이동도 엄청 편리함 하지만 조식 구림 이가격주곤 다시 못먹겠음… 빵을주면서 잼은 없다고함.. 조식엄청별루임 겨울에 묶었는댕 방자체가 추움 히터 틀면 바로 안나옴 한시간은 넘어야따듯해짐 위치만 예술

This hotel has 2 connecting bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The hotel was so clean and everything looked updated. It is in a great location and you can’t hear any street noise from inside the room. The breakfasts were an interesting and fun experience. Any of the days we did not want to eat the room service breakfast we just got pastries and juices from the lobby. I recommend this hotel, it is especially perfect for families.

We stayed in Karaksa Ginza for 5 days and we decided to add 3 more days as we loved everything about the hotel. Room are clean and spacious, exceed my expectations. Staff are all helpful and can speak English well. They even provide free snacks, wine and juices everyday. Like the fact that they use Dyson hairdryer in the room. It is near to Shinbashi JR station and Ginza metro station. Will definitely comeback next time I visit Tokyo.
