가격에 비해 안에 시설은 매우 만족스럽습니다.특히 세탁기가 있다는점이 여행에 와서 짐이 안생기게 하는점에서 너무 좋았고 주변 롯쏜이나 길건너 우에노역 야시장이 붙어있어서 접근성도 좋았고 히비야 긴자라인이 바로 있는 역세권 주변이였기 때문에 여행다니는데에는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 KM Apartment 라고 하지말고 AKIRA Apartment 로해서 혼동만 안생기게 하면 좋을꺼같아요. 주인분의 배려도 정말 감사했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 3박4일 여행이 되었어요. 나중에 한번 다시 가게 될꺼같은 숙소입니다.

The accommodation was just as expected. However, initially it took us more than 2 hours to find the location from the nearest train station. Nonetheless, the journey afterwards were smoother.

KM Apartment - great location”
The owner of this place communicates very well via email. The place is located very close to Ueno market and is only 5 mins walk to several train stations, including Ueno Train Station on the Yamanote line. Ueno market has many restaurants and shops. The apartment comes with a pocket WiFi which can be taken out of the apartment during traveling around Tokyo. Very handy as it saves travelers money from having to hire another one. This place utilizes a self check in and self check out mechanism where the owner emails very useful instructions. The place is very clean and there is a washing machine, iron, fridge, cooktop, hair dryer, microwave and tv. My only criticism is that this place is a bit small for a family with one child. It would suit a single or a couple but the place is small for 3 people. Other than that, its a fantastic place to stay. There is a vending machine at the ground floor of the apartment that sells drinks for only 100 yen. Cheapest I can find in all of Tokyo. Very handy for summer stays where the weather gets really hot. Ueno train station is only 5 stops away from Tokyo train station. Very easy to get around Tokyo to visit places like Asakusa, Akihabara, Harajuku and Shibuya from this place. I highly recommend this place for couples or singles seeking a value for money place to stay in Tokyo.

日本に帰省の際、利用しました。清潔で昔の日本のアパートと違って設備が充実、日常の作業が広めに仕えるので、大きなトランクを開けたり閉めたりするのも楽にできました。1週間以上宿泊するなら断然おすすめです。一般のホテルと比較しても、駅、コンビニが近い、冷蔵庫も大きめ。洗濯機がついている、掃除機、アイロン、お風呂が乾燥場、収納も大きめ、ちょうど滞在中雨が降ったので、傘まで常備され、助かりました。次回も夫と来た時は絶対宿泊します。お勧めです。

駅も近くて、アクセスしやすい”
立地もよくて、駅も近いし繁華街にもアクセスしやすく良かった。小さな子供2人と大人2人でしたが、ちょうど良い部屋の大きさでした。自分のアパートの様に過ごせるのもいいですね。少し気になったのが、布団のシーツに使用感がありました。匂いはなかったものの、少し不安になりました。

1. 住的地方很安靜，不到十分鐘可以到阿美橫町。 2. 設備都很新而且品質好。 3. 房東行前說明很仔細，還有影片說明，很貼心。 4. 地鐵站距離也在步行十分鐘內。 5. 房間稍小，一張雙人床一張加大單人床就占滿房間。

美好的體驗”
第一次日本的自助旅行，(2個大人+1個5歲小孩)，選對了""KM Apartment in Ueno 3-2""覺得CP值很高…因為一張雙人床+單人床很舒適，整個房型大小，小廚房，包含衛浴空間，對我們來講已經很滿意…當我們遇上了颱風天出門，回家溼透了身體及行囊，最棒的是烘衣設備讓我們隔日早上還能夠穿上乾爽的衣物及鞋子出門…真的很感謝。 距離各個地鐵站的交通也是很方便…大約六到七分鐘的腳程…東京上野還沒逛完，下次來日本，一定會再入住
