예약하기 전 위치와 예약 후 위치가 달라서 당황했습니다. 위치는 신주쿠에서 약 15분정도 걸어야 하구요, 주택가에 있었습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없고 가장 가까운 편의점까지는 약 5분 걸어야 합니다. 시설은 사진에서 보는 그대로이며, 침대가 삐걱거리는거 외엔, 별다른 악취나 그렇지는 않았습니다.

처음 예약전 숙소 위치가 신주쿠역 바로 옆에 떠서 예약했는데. 예약후 알려준 위치는 신주쿠역에서 보도 10-15분 정도 걸리지만 걸어가기엔 나쁘지 않는 거리입니다. 가는 길목에 맛집이나 편의점이 많이 있어서 이용하기에도 편리합니다. 숙소주변에 아무것도 없어서 조용하여 잠자는데 있어서 소음은 없었습니다. 아파트 자체도 깨끗하고, 엘리베이터도 깔끔합니다. 내부도 캐리어 두개정도 펴두면 다닐 공간은 없지만 그래도 생각보다 넓어서 편리하게 이용하였습니다. 침대도 생각보다 커서 4명까지 이용 할수 있을거 같아요. 일회용 칫솔도 준비되어 있습니다 (다만, 너무 거치니 다들 잇몸 조심하시길....) 변기와 샤워시설이 분리되어 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 다른것들은 잘 준비되어 있는데, 냉장고가 없습니다. 겨울엔 괜찮은데 여름에 가시게되면 식음료 상할 위험이 있으니 참고하시길... 구릿고 봐돡위 느무느무 듯루우윰 튀슛루 딲끄닛 검움문쥐과 과둑호니 양뫌조쉼훼욤. 구릿곳 위불쫏콤 듯릇우윰 을룩과툰긔 읬읏윰 구릿고 희탓 틋릇둣 최킘 취웃윰

Walk a little bit far from the shinjuku station and it’s hard to follow the photos from the map, but it has many convenience store in this area. By the way, that’s ok for me.

Nice apartment near active shinjuku station”
Nice and cosy place, walking distance from shinjuku station. Good instructions how to get there from the host who was very helpful. The apartment is small, as is normal in Tokyo, clean and the bed is comfortable. A refrigerator and some plates would be a useful addition to the house. For the rest all was there, including toothbrushes, soap, television. Well, wi-fi could be added too. But nothing holiday impacting was missing. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet close to busy streets with plenty to see and do. Good base to discover Tokyo.

Reasonable price if you’re looking for a simple stay”
Room size is small but enough for two ppl to stay. The apartment is quite far away from the Shinjuku West gate. The room is clean but not capable for a longer stay with the lack of essential items, such as fridge and wifi.

A mejorar”
Tamaño adecuado para dos, un poco justo para tres, para cuatro tiene que ser incómodo. Ningún espejo de cuerpo entero. Tampoco hay nevera (sí microhondas, calentador de agua, fogones). El no tener wifi es un problema. La luz de la entrada estuvo fallando dos días, parpadeando; nos pusimos en contacto con la anfitriona pero fue imposible cuadrar horarios para que vinieran a revisarlo, y su propuesta era que dejaramos la llave y sin estar ninguno de nosotros presente que alguien entrara a revisar. No conseguimos en 4 días que funcionara el aire acondicionado/calefacción. Todos los botones (del aire acondicionado, del manejo de la ducha, del retrete, del telefonillo...) están en japonés. En otro sitios en los que he estado, los propietarios han traducido los botones importantes, pero en este piso no, y eso nos llevo a varios problemas. La situación es ideal, porque no está muy lejos de la estación de Shinjuku pero lo suficiente para no sufrir ruidos ni demasiado movimiento de gente.
