깨끗하고 주방도구가 잘갖춰져있어 좋았습니다. 직원들도 무척 친절하고 동네가 굉장히 조용합니다. 이용자가 많거나 청소하는 시간에는 엘리베이터를 기다리는 불편이 있고, 비상계단은 1층 로비로 연결되지않습니다.

안녕하십니까, 소중한 리뷰남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 작년 11월 긴자에 새롭게 오픈한 저희 미마루는 긴자 메인쇼핑거리와 도보 10분거리에 있으나 호텔주변이 주거단지라 저녁에는 조용히 쉬쉴수 있는 공간입니다. 지내시는동안 엘리베이터이용에 불편함이 있으셨다니 대단히 죄송합니다. 건물내에 엘리베이터가 한대뿐이라 청소시간에는 다소 대기시간이 길어지고 있습니다. 하루빨리 대안을 마련해 모든분들께서 불편함없이 이용하실 수 있도록 조치를 취하겠습니다. 저희 미마루 직원일동은 더욱 나은 서비스로 고객님을 다음에 다시 뵙기를 바랍니다. 아직 한국날씨가 많이 쌀쌀하니 감기조심하십시오. 고객님과 가족분 모두 항상 행복하시길 바랍니다.

유아 자녀 2명 동반 친정어머니랑 다녀왔구요. 싱글침대4개 2층침대 2개 있는방에서 지냈습니다. 깨끗하고, 전자렌지, 냉장고가 있어 지내기 편했습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 렌트카를 이용했는데, 밤8시부터 아침8시까지는 시간당 100엔이고, 낮시간 주차비는 15분에 400엔이라 가격이 비싸니 그점만 유의하시면 될거같아요. 호텔과 제휴된 주차장은 1박2일에 2400엔이라고 합니다.

Great family stay at Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East”
Great place to stay with the family or friends near Ginza. The hotel is brand new, very clean, with very convenient amenities: room with Japanese bath - which is great, small kitchen, large rooms to accommodate family of 4, friendly staff, vending machine and laundry room at ground floor. All very clean and very comfortable.

We are located near the famous Ginza shopping district, the old fish market Tsukiji and Tokyo station! Surrounded by metro station you do not have to walk a lot. Our facility are destined with comfort in mind. Every apartment has its own kitchenette and vending machine, coin laundery and a coffee machine are at the first floor and open 24h. Great Stay”
The hotel was newly opened for just a week when we checked in so everything was new. The deco at lobby is very tastefully done with modern Japanese elements. We booked a room with projector screen and that proved to be a plus with my kids who watched their favourite YouTube videos on the "BIG" screen! Spacious room with space even to accommodate a dining table and two benches to seat 4-6 persons! As with other Mimaru hotel I've stayed, the small but fully equipped kitchenette is a plus!

Great brand new well-appointed apartment hotel in fantastic location”
We really enjoyed our stay at this brand new apartment hotel. The staff were fantastic and spoke great English which was a nice touch. The room was a great size for us (two adults and our nine year old son), and had everything we needed to make our own breakfasts/meals, the toilet and bathroom was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. The location was really good, quiet and tucked away while still walking distance to the Ginza, Tokyo Station and restaurants and shopping centers. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if we were in Tokyo again.

The staffs were great and extremely helpful. We were so appreciative of Nicole in helping us to contact another hotel about our reservation due to language issues. She made a couple of phone calls for us. This was not part of her job but she assisted us anyway. We like the facility very much. It was clean and we love that they have the coin operated washers and dryers on the 1st floor. We will definitely come back here next time we’re in town.

Spacious room within walking distance to Tokyo station, Ginza and Tsukiji outer market”
Stayed for 2 nights here in the family room with projector. Loved it. Kids wanted to stay in the room all day but wife and I wanted to go out. The hotel is 15 min walk to Tokyo station where we took the narita shuttle direct from Yaesu south terminal. Also 15 min to Tsukiji outer market where we ate our breakfast in the morning. Many hotels in Tokyo charges about the same per night but I decided to go with this one due to the size the rooms were with kitchen. I would stay here again and recommend my friends.

The room was very clean and quiet (good soundproofing). The facilities were excellent: airtight door and window, almost instant hot shower, and a nice projector TV.

Big room but quite far from all station”
Pros: Room is considered big in tokyo standard. Sufficient space for 4 big luggages. Comfortable and clean. Wifi phone provided. Cons: Long walk to transfer from tokyo station central to JR keiyo line (around 15min) Then, another 10min walk from Hatchobori station to hotel. A hassle when tagging heavy luggages.
