청소를 매일 해주시는게 아니지만 깨끗하게 쓰면 되고, 쓰레기통 비우는 것과 수건 채우는 것은 매일 해주셔서 불편함이 없습니다. 프론트에서 일본어, 영어 모두 응대 가능하시고, 저는 한국인 직원분도 만났습니다. 방이 비워져 있으면 무료로 얼리 체크인이 가능합니다. 부엌에도 거의 모든 주방집기가 있어서 편합니다. 대신 앞에 철도가 있어서 방 위치가 도로 근처로 잡히면 조금 시끄러울 것 같습니다. 또한 걸어서 10~15분거리에 우에노의 번화가가 있어서 놀기 좋은 한편으로 밤에 사이렌 소리가 많이 들립니다. 하루에 1~3번꼴....

한국인 직원이 상주해계셔서 저녁으로 먹을 스시 집을 친절히 알려주셨고 맛집이 였습니다! 크기가 생각보다 넓었고 불편한건 단 하나 없었습니다 편의점같은 편의시설 이나 쇼핑몰이 꽤나 가깝게 위치해있습니다! 도쿄가 초행길이라면 약간 헤맬수는 있지만 우에노 역에서 꽤 근처라 지리적 요건도 좋았습니다! (역에서 출구를 잘 찾으셔야 합니다!) 다시 나리타 공항으로 돌아갈 때 스카이라인을 타고 직빵(?)으로 돌아가 시간도 얼마 걸리지 않았습니다 !

가족여행에 추천. 넓고 싱글 베드 네개와 4인 테이블이 정말 좋았음. 대체할 수 있을만한 가족 숙소를 찾기 어려울 것 같다. 역과의 거리는 멀지 않았지만 가족여행임을 감안하면 약간 아쉽다. 번화가나 식당과의 거리가 특히 아쉬웠으나 상대적으로 조용해서 좋았다.

우에노역까지는 걸어서 10분정도로 많이 가까운 편은 아니었지만 괜찮았어요. 숙소는 깨끗했고 편리했습니다. 전철이 다니는 소리가 조금 들렸지만 저는 거슬릴 정도는 아니었습니다. 가격대비 아주 적당했다고 생각합니다.

1일차 미마루 우에노 도쿄 EAST 2023.2.22~23 1박 4인 요금 22.5만원 총평 : 가성비, 가심비 모든게 좋았다, 재방문 의사 무조건 있음. 가족여행 1일차 보통 나리타 공항에서 우에노역으로 올 겁니다. 역에서 나와서 숙소까지 한 5분쯤 걸린 것 같아요. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 어메니티(칫솔, 머리끈, 가운 등)의 상품 상태가 엄청 좋아요. 물품도 괜찮았지만, 젠가나 오셀로 등 보드게임이랑 고데기 등을 카운터에서 대여도 가능합니다. 숙소 들어오자마자 캐리어를 펼칠 수 있는 평상과 그 평상 아래 신발보관이 가능한 곳이 있었습니다. 침구류 상태도 깔끔하고 침대크기도 커서, 사진과 차이가 없었습니다. 각 침대 옆에 콘센트와 불끄는 스위치가 있어서 안 일어나도 됬어요. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 어머니께서 집먼지 진드기 알레르기가 있습니다만, 알레르기 반응이 없었을 정도로 청결해서 좋았습니다. 에어컨 바람세기나 온도조절이 잘 되서 좋았고, 환풍시설도 굳굳 세면구역 양 옆으로 목욕구역, 화장실이 확실하게 구분되어있어서 좋았습니다. 여러 명이 동시에 사용 할 수 있어서 편했습니다. 단점을 찾기 힘들지만, 그나마 굳이 적으라고 한다면 1. 조식제공이 되지 않았으나, 숙소를 나와서 좌측길에 소바집이 아침식사가 가능하고 맛있어서 단점이라고 느끼지 못 했습니다. 2. 건물 뒤쪽에 전철 종점이 있는 것 같은데, 약 11시까지 운행하는 것 같고 소음에 예민하지 않다면 크게 신경쓰이지 않습니다. 총점 10/10 위치 10/10 가격 10/10 숙소 10/10 편의 10/10 직원 10/10 않위긍뒈진쫘쑦쏘췌곫뉘돯

체크인 전 아침에 짐을 맡아둘 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 호텔에 짐 맡기고 놀다가 저녁 늦게 와서 체크인 했어요. 그리고 역 바로 앞이고, 걸어서 20분 거리에 돈키호테가 있어서 마지막 날에 쇼핑하기 좋아요. 숙소 위생 상태가 좀 아쉬운데, 바닥과 2층침대 계단에 초코렛이 뭍어있었고, 이걸 본 직후여서 그런지 침구류도 아주 깨끗하지는 않은 느낌이 들었어요ㅠ 저희는 1박만 하긴 했지만 여러날 머무시는 분들은 3일에 한번 객실 청소(쓰레기만 매일 비움)한다고 안내 사항이 있어서 아주 깨끗하진 않을 수 있을듯해요. 변기와 욕조 및 세면대는 깔끔했습니다! 그리고 4인실 기준 방은 넓은데 가운데에 큰 테이블이 있어서 동선은 조금 불편하긴 했어요. 위생 상태만 제외하면 직원 분들도 친절하시고 괜찮은 숙소였습니다!

Location away from hectic districts which is perfect after a very busy day of people noise flashing lights at night.. very clean great size apartment for 4 people . Close to Ueno Station which has JR line and Keisei Skyliner line plus subway to all other districts

We have different type rooms for guests, the max can contain in 8 people. There's kitchen in the room so that you can cook yourself in the room just like you are still in your home. We have 3 girls stay in the room. The room is spacious in Tokyo. We can open all our luggage at the same time. The hotel staff are very nice. Location is good, around 5-10 mins walk to subway station. The only negative point is the sofa bed need to do it by yourself, I think they should do it for the guest. If you are travel in group or family, here is the best choice!

Hotel is perfect for a family of four - 4 comfy beds, kitchenette complete with all the accessories you would need to prepare light meals. Room is spotless and sanitary. The tub in the shower is amazing ang perfect for a soak after a tiring day of exploring the city! The staff has been very helpful from booking and assisting in early check in! Special mention to Bella at the front desk. Location is close to all restaurants, convenience stores and a 24hr grocery store. Very close to Ueno JR, Tokyo Metro and Skyliner and Ameyoko shopiing and eating destination! If you want a location that is quiet and away from the crowd this is the perfect location. Our stay in Mimaru will be remembered and we will definitely come back when we visit Tokyo again.

We also have all sorts of area maps, restaurant and shop recommendations on the first floor right in front of the front desk. It is pleasing to know you made a good use of the kitchen. Sometimes you just want to take your time and enjoy your meal in your room with no outer disturbance. We also can provide early check-in service when we have proper room for the guest, but it will charge 5000 Japanese Yen. For my past trips to Japan I only considered Airbnb as my family needs to stay in an apartment with a mini kitchen. The only issue was most apartments were quite dated while hotels were quite expensive. Thank god Mimaru apartment style hotel was launched last year. Love the location, concept and the amenities in the same building like free wifi, coin laundrette, vending machine etc. The lifts and bathroom are big considering its Japan. Staff were courteous and friendly too. Will stay here again in the future.
