Narita Sandro Guesthouse is a great place if you’re on a budget and spending time in Narita. Very clean, laundry facilities, with good security system, and tucked on one of Narita’s curving streets not far from a Main Street with restaurants very nearby. The English-speaking staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped with bus info and reserved our taxi for return trip to the Narita airport. Thank you!!

Clean place with friendly, helpful staff”
My wife and I visited from the US and were apprehensive about getting there from the airport by train, but they helped us feel at ease. Once we got there, we were given a tour of the facilities then left to settle in. The room was nice, the showers and toilets were good and clean. No complaints, will recommend!

Perfect place to live the Japanese experience.”
Very good guesthouse. Very very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, it is situated close to the popular temple, grocery store and nice little streets to walk. Their is a commun area that is perfect to prepare a meal and eat, to play or just meet travelers.

There’s heap of little touches that aren’t necessary but are very well received! I got a courtesy drink, there’s free tea coffee, WIFI etc. location is right in the middle of Narita town. All in all the perfect place to stay!

Excellent and friendly guest house”
I really enjoyed our stay at the Narita Sando. The area was great with fantastic restaurants and easy morning transfer to the airport. Could definitely have stayed for a longer time. Extremely clean and the staff was kind and friendly. Fully recommend

Excellent Value Guesthouse in a Great Location”
We stayed here during a long overnight stopover through narita airport. The room was excellent value and service was very friendly. The guesthouse is located 30 seconds away from the main street of Narita with loads of shops, it is also within walking distance of the Omatesando and the Shinshoji Shrine and park. Ideal for a long stopover or for anyone who is looking for a more traditional Japanese guesthouse at a great price.

Great Staff”
Staff was incredibly friendly. Love that they have the option to do laundry as well. The place was very clean, and during they day, you would see them cleaning throughout the guesthouse. I am so glad I found this place

Very Cozy place and hospitable”
The place is very close to the airport (1 station away) and walking distance to famous tourist spots Omotesando and Narita shrine. The hosts are very nice and accomodating too! You can leave your bags if you arrive early. They have free water, coffee and tea as well as laundry area. I highly recommend this place!

Quarantine ”
It is importt to say that I stayed in Sando, after 3 days quarantine at the government hotel😷 The single room was essential. Private shower was allowed. Toilet as well. 🧴 Be ready for cdc daily video calls, msgs and email😅 Green view from the room gave me a peaceful stay.🌿 4:30am birds starting singing 🎼 Thank you mostly to Mr. Kemto 🥰and Ms Rey🥰 those who welcomed me✨💦

I would rather stay here than a bigger hotel. It is more cultural and has everything you need. Great staff willing to help you. We left our bags and were able to tour around Narita. It was a perfect location. Close to train station and close to the Temple nearby.

Great stay in Narita”
Fresh new facilities, the owner is friendly. I stayed here in a twin room which was separated by a Japanese wooden door, which means the soundproof is not good enough; however, my neighbor didn't bother me actually, even I could hear their conversation. The bathroom is quite small, it doesn't disturb me at all but some people might prefer to use a larger one.

Great staff service”
I had a sudden change of plans and was expecting to arrive at the guesthouse after check in hours. When I contacted the owner, I received a response right away. There were small labels with my name for the key box and slippers. It was really helpful!

Excellent location, close to everything”
Warm, friendly and clean guesthouse with good customer services. The guesthouse is very close to Narita JR station (10 minutes to airport), bus station, Keisei Narita station and the Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. It is also close to all restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend Narita Sando guesthouse for any short stay (less than a week).

Can't ask for a better place”
The hosts of the guesthouse do their absolute best to accommodate the guests. Facilities are in pristine clean condition and are totally functional. This place is the best combination of hospitality and living technology. So many great eats around the JR and Keisei stations as well as near the Narita temple.
