할인 시즌이 아니라서 저렴하다고 말은 못하지만, 도쿄역 최근방 위치한 호텔 중에서는 그래도 가장 저렴하고 가성비 높습니다. 위치가 가장 놀라운데 도쿄 지하철역과 도보로 3분 거리이고, JR 천엔버스 승하차장과도 매우 가깝습니다. 위생상태 완벽했고, 직원 서비스도 완벽했습니다. 이곳이 호텔이 아닌 레지던스 이기 때문에 호텔 편의시설과 비교는 어렵습니다. 서울에서 이용했던 레지던스와 비교한다면 완벽합니다. 냉장고, 세탁기, 주방시설(각종 냄비, 후라이펜 다 있음) 모두 훌륭합니다.

위생상태 완전 백점. 깨끗하고 넓고 세탁되고 냉장고도 크고 뷰는 기대하면 안되지만 뷰는 뭐 포기하고 선택해서 ㅎㅎ 호텔자체가 크진 않은데 객실은 스탠다드 했었어도 너무 좋고 침구도 좋아요. 폭신... 또 가고 싶어요.. 가격빼고 좋아요 ㅋㅋ 물론 가격도 시설/ 위치 대비 만족합니다.

Good location and complete serviced apartment”
This is a serviced apartment complete with washing machines, kitchen utensils etc just like a studio apartment located right besides the Tokyo station.

Extremely unaccommodating, less clean than other hotels in Tokyo, location is ok.”
Pros: Decent location walking distance to Tokyo Station Cons: We prepaid the hotel package but had a family emergency and had to leave 2 nights early. This was during the holiday period so we paid $600/night, that was $1,200 for 2 days we were not using anymore. We asked for any accommodations even a simple breakfast during our shorter stay but every request was a NO. We would have been ok with NO accommodation but a simple gesture to let us know if they are able to re-book those 2 nights that they would consider a refund. We are business owners ourselves and understand that it is difficult to accommodate such request during the holiday/high peak season. But the hotel offered absolutely NO alternative but simply kept saying no, & that this is a prepaid package, NO to everything! Absolutely ZERO effort on customer service and understanding that sometimes life happens unexpectedly. This hotel is extremely unaccommodating if you decide to pre-pay, make sure you are aware of this.

Good location and kind staffs”
The location is so good that the hotel is just next to Tokyo Station. Staffs are nice and good english-speaker! We wish we can stay one more day next time. One little pick is the cleaningness of toilet and bathroom is not that perfect as we can still see some hair left there, which pls improve next time.

Great Location and Perfect for Long Stays”
My husband and I stayed at Oakwood for 17 nights and we chose the hotel specifically for its facilities (separate bedroom and living area, washer/dryer, full kitchen) and for its location (right next to Tokyo Station). It was perfect for our stay as we love exploring different parts of Tokyo by subway/train. Moreover, the surrounding areas and Tokyo Station offered a myriad of options for dining and shopping. The staff spoke pretty good english and the service was good. I will say the concierge service at Park Hyatt, Prince Gallery Kioicho and Westin were slightly better in their ability to get reservations at hard-to-get places, but generally not an issue unless you are determined to eat at such places.

Disappoint only with the staff and service”
Frankly speaking, overall the room and location is really good. However the staff attitude and service we gotten is practically non-existent. Me and my Wife don really feel welcome especially by the staffs. To point out personal a staff name Karen, when we try to ask her some questions, the way she answer our question is not what we expected and the tone is terrible. I suppose if your looking for a hotel just to sleep and go, perhaps it’s okay. But if ur looking for service and staff interaction, look further away. This is my first time travelling to Japan and I was totally disgusted and I definitely will not stay in oakwood anymore.
