깨끗하고 넓고 가격대비 좋습니다 흡연부스는 앞에있습니다 한국어 다 잘하십니다 귀여우신 일본 남자분 있으셨는데 너무 친절하셨습니다 모닝콜도 해주시고 고마웠습니다~~!!! 근데 한국 남자분있을때 모닝콜 다시부탁했는데 저희는 그런건 안하는데; 이러셔서 당혹당혹~! 7일 연박했는데 중간에 방정리도 깔끔 했습니다 커텐에 거미가 나와서 놀랐지만 금방잡아주셨네요! 화장실은 좀 구식이라 무서웠어요 ㅠㅠ 가성비 좋아요 다들 고고

도쿄에서 이가격으로 이정도 크기의 객실 위치라고 따지면 좋다 생각함 근데 일본을 아주 많이 방문했지만 10시 체크아웃은 처음봄ㅎㅎㅎ 한국으로 따지면 비싸다고 생각 들고 일본으로 따지면 가성비 숙소는 확실하다

위치가 워낙 좋은 지역이라 11만원 이하를 찾기 힘들었어요 한국에서는 11만원이면 괜찮은 방 구하지만 역시 일본 한 15-20정도는 지불해야 깨끗하고 위치좋은 호텔잡네요

그냥 그럭저럭...?”
신주쿠역에서 좀 걸어가야하는게 흠이지만, 완전 나쁜 곳은 아니었던것 같아요. 어플에는 생수도 무료로 준다고 했었는데 그러지 않아서 좀 실망했고요, 방음이 생각보다 잘 안되는 곳 같아요. 그런거 상관없는 분들은 무난하게 숙박할정도의 숙소였다고 개인적으로 생각합니다.

Cute, Spacious, Great Location”
Wonderful little gem! 10 minute walk from the heart of Shinjuki, but nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathtub was to die for! After staying at other places in Japan, this place is well above average! I highly recommend it. Its 2 blocks away from the train station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around it.

Clean spacious guesthouse in prime location ”
Oyado Cocochi is located in Shin Okubo, which is also apparently the Korea Town of Tokyo. The guesthouse is a 2 minute walk to the nearest JR station (one station away from Shinjuku) and is about 12-15 to the main shopping and restaurant hub of Shinjuku. There is also a 7-11 around the corner which is v convenient. The guesthouse itself is very clean and spacious (especially from Tokyo). It provides the basic amenities and there is no lockout time. For the location (walkable from Shinjuku after a night out and right on the JR loop line around Tokyo) , it is very good value for money. Would recommend for travellers looking for a good guesthouse or business hotel around the Shinjuku area.

Very convenient location and very satisfied overall”
Pros: Convenience store is just right around the corner about 1min walk. Train station about 4mins walk. Restos everywhere -just take ur pick. Clean room. Clean toilet and shower. They will clean the room in the middle of d day if u flip the sign on the door knob. (Thank u for d service). Cons: U can hear the noise outside. The bed is squeaky. The receptionist explained to me about something but she was fast in speaking japanese. I was not sure if it was about the security deposit or the payment itself. Note: This area is like a Korean town. If u love Korean stuff and food, this is the place. All in all, this was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is only a short walk from the train station, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the rooms are clean and cosy.

Spacious and convenient”
I only stayed one night but the first thing I noticed upon approaching was that Oyado Cocohi was right next to the main street with food and shops. Despite this, it wasn't noisy inside at all and I could sleep like a baby. It was also right next to a 7-11. The room itself was also a lot larger than expected with a lovely table and bath space.

Simple room with easy access to JR lines”
Location was very convenient with many restaurants and shops in the area, noting that it is Koreatown, so most of the food is Korean. The room was more spacious than the average room in Tokyo, though older. The room was comfortable. My only wish is to have windows you can see out of.

location is perfect”
the hotel itself is just 'enough' to sleep, small and just fit for two pax. have trouble with broken bidet, room with no view at all, although window can be opened, no free bottle water. the good thing about this hotel is location, only a couple minutes walk from ShinOkubo station, walking distance to the centre of K-town, lots of entertainment, stores, resto and stuff.. very convenient... but expect to walk in a packed and tight sidewalk, ( I stayed on Fri-Sat) as the area fills with stylish youngsters!!
