Very friendly staff. They spoke a little english but it was fine. For complicated inquiries, we used google translate & it worked perfect. They always change the beddings & towels everyday, not all hotels do that, we booked the room with tatami beds for more japanese home feeling. Thank you to the staff! We loved our stay here. Arigato Gozaimasu!

Cozy room and smokers friendly”
Short walk away from Shibuya. Very friendly staff and toiletries were well stocked. However, lift is very small so if travelling in larger groups, may have to make several trips especially with luggages.

Overall a pleasant stay ”
Very polite and nice staff at the counter. Small lift, rooms are of a decent size, toiletries provided as well. Design of the hotel is on the older side - had a yellowish brown look. It's a little far away from the nearest station - was quite a feat walking from there in the cold and rain. There's a convenience store beside the hotel. Walking distance to shibuya shopping area as well. We only stayed there for one night, overall a pleasant experience. Thank you!

toilet very dirty with yellowish and black stains and a foul smell. hotel really old and had some communication difficulty due to the limited English spoken by staffs.

I was able to check in later because of some things I needed to go to around the city. They were so easy to talk to and I was able to check in without a problem. It was very convenient. It's walking distance from Yoyogi National Stadium where I had to watch a concert. It's also walking distance around Harajuku and Shibuya. I will choose this hotel again as long as the rates remain the same.

Good place for family travel”
The hotel room has japan old style bed mattresses and the space is larger than usual double size, which is suitable for family travel. The heater is also old style that you have to adjust the temperature limit manually but unfortunately it was locked, so that It is a little bit cold at night time. Another thing might be bothering you is no coin laundry service in the hotel and it takes 10 min to walk to the nearest 24 hour open coin laundry. The location is between Yoyogi park and Shibuya station and the price per night is also cheaper than branded hotel.
