A Night to Relax”
We are South Florida locals and for my husband's 50th birthday, I wanted to do something special and spend a night away from the everyday life. After much research and consideration I decided to book a night at Plunge Beach Resort. I initially visited a week prior to make sure the place was nice and what I was looking for. Joe, the Director at the front desk, was amazing for both my initial visit and my check in. Customer service here is top notch!!! I went to my room to drop off our bags and went back home to pick up my husband as a surprise. We had dinner at Tococraft just down the street, highly recommend, and we enjoyed a few drinks afterwards at the resort's pool bar, Backflip. From there we went back to our room. We were able to sleep with no problem...bed was super comfy, shower was great and we weren't disturbed by any outside noise. The beach was gorgeous, the pools were nice and clean and everything both inside and outside the rooms has a cool beach, nautical vibe. I will definitely recommend and be back!

Hotel looks new and everything is in very good shape. Got a huge suite with an ocean view on the 5th floor of the main building. Room was very clean...it has a mini fridge, beds were comfortable, nice toiletries. Staff were all nice especially the guys at the beach who handed out the towels and got the chairs and umbrellas for you... genuinely friendly guys. Heated pool was great and best of all the hotel is steps away from the gorgeous beach. Plunge is also a short walk to the main area with a lot of restaurant options and is also across the street from a grocery store and CVS. We enjoyed the bikes available to use. Uber ride from FLL airport is about 30 mins (approx 25dollars USD). We didn't really like the food at the backflip restaurant...no coffeemaker in the rooms which doesn't really bother us. There was an amazing Italian coffee/dessert place in town which was fabulous! We loved this hotel!

Great Value for money”
Great hotel room for the price! I would struggle to believe other luxury hotels would be better than this. It’s an indie hotel so a lot of though has been put into the design and the staff are amazing. Our room was clean and we even had a partial ocean view having only paid for normal road view which was great. The bed is very comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. Everything about the resort is great. We were able to step out onto the beach from just a few steps from the hotel with chairs, towels and umbrellas provided. Breakfast was amazing too. Even has its own little coffee shop or you can walk across the street to the market. We are already considering staying again.

Hotel provides lounge chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes, ice water and even a beach ball and beach games for resort fee. Has a nice beach bar. was really nice to have bikes to bike around the local area and to town. Did not need to worry about parking and not having a car. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our room was minimalistic in terms of furniture and a bit small, but had a frig, was modern and clean and very nice. Had a great 2 day stay will come back.

Terrific find in Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea!”
Our plan was to just stay the night someplace before our cruise the next day but we got incredibly lucky and found the Plunge Beach Hotel. Great location, super clean, amazing bed, two bars (one on the beach) and a super location. We all had such a great time my Wife and I are going to return for a longer stay. Thanks especially to Nick on the service team and Stacy behind the bar (best Paloma in FL!). We are looking forward to coming back!

Hotel is in a perfect area near restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor which is always busy and the night life is awesome there is always live music. My room was spacious and clean it had everything I needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are restaurants inside the hotel and there is a bar in the pool area. I would recommend the Plunge to anyone it's a fun place to go to and it's right on the beach and their rates are reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay at Plunge. The hotel was clean and the décor was edgy and fun. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Sliding glass door allows great view of the ocean. My son liked the beach ball on the bed when we arrived. Nice little café coffee shop as well as pool and beach bar. Within walking distance of restaurants etc. We will be back.

From our arrival to our departure we had a wonderful stay. I’d like to give all the staff high accolades, but in particular single out our waitress, Susan. There were 15 of us in our party and on the second day she was able to remember preferences of all of us. She was pleasant efficient and just lovely to deal with. The facility was clean and amenities amazing. Definitely a keeper!

Can not say enough how great our stay was at Plunge. The value was amazing, and sometimes paying less gets you less - NOT at Plunge! Location, accommodations, pool and beach all were GREAT. I can't even begin to say how lovely all the staff members we encountered were either. From the front desk to the staff in the coffee shop as well as the housekeeping people - all so kind and helpful! We will definitely return! If you are looking to get away in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I highly recommend Plunge Beach Hotel.

We booked on a travel website, not knowing what to expect. We were upgraded to the beachfront bungalows before we even got there. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were okay, not spectacular. The pools were wonderful and the pool bar was fantastic!! Highly worth visiting!! We will go back!!

This place is amazing! We started off in the hotel across the street and upgraded to the Bungalo’s which are right on the beach for just a bit more. The staff is so friendly, the drinks are wonderful, the rooms are perfect as well! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing yet awesome place to stay! It’s only a few block from restaurants and shopping and there is a small shopping center right across the street with. grocery store, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and an amazing little breakfast shop!

Book Plunge now! I would go back in a heartbeat - it has everything you need right there, and it’s also an easy <10 minute walk into the Lauderdale by the Sea business district. The hotel is immaculately clean and joyfully decorated. The staff are friendly and relaxed all while being incredibly accommodating.

Suzette and Kent are the best at the front desk. Hotel is beautiful and right on the Beach. The staff is the best! Beautiful Hotel! Food is good. The location is Prime. Perfect distance from stores and restaurants. A Big Plubix supermarket, Cvs Pharmacy, Dunkin donuts at the plaza across the street from hotel. Free Golf Cart rides to restaurant areas. Love it!

I would definitely stay here again. Rooms and entire hotel very cleaned and well maintained. Everything seemed on the newer side. Location is quiet but in walking distance to grocery store plaza and good restaurants. Only negative is that they didn’t have enough umbrellas at the pool. Suggest to get there early.

I am obsessed with this Hotel”
I love boutique hotels and this one is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The quirky atmosphere, generous amenities, and location on your own private beach make it an amazing find. The location is fantastic as well. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Big spacious rooms. Great on beach restaurant and bar. Baggo, volleyball, bikes, I could go on. I’ll be back. And I even bought some of the art in the lobby!

Pros: right on the beach, free valet parking, clean, beach chairs and umbrellas Cons: onsite food and service could be better We really enjoyed our stay at the The Plunge! Room was large, bright and comfortable. We stepped out the door and we were at the pool. A few more steps and we were on a nice beach. Beach attendants put out chairs and umbrellas and all were really nice. Valets and front desk were also friendly. Attention at the beach/pool bar was not great so we didn’t use them as much as we would have if they were more attentive. Pool was a good temperature. Publix is across the street but you have to go further down the road for other food. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a really great stay! I would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a bar that is beachfront and Plunge also offers chairs and umbrellas for its guests on the beach. I was really happy with everything about this stay. This was the perfect place for a couples weekend getaway. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Our ocean view room was literally 5 steps from the beach. The bar/restaurant on the beach had great food and drinks. I would definitely come back here!
