Cruisers great location”
We enjoyed your location..included comfortable clean accomations,shuttle from the airport and the cruise port,in house restaurant,gift shop, and break feast was very fulfilling..the grounds are very well kept ...and the checking was fast..beautiful...kudos to your location

Great start to our holiday ”
We stayed for one night before our cruise and it was an excellent service. The captain at breakfast was so entertaining and helped build the atmosphere before our cruise. Would stay again before our next cruise!!

Highly recommend for cruusers”
You can’t beat free shuttle service From the airport in the next day to the cruise port. We did pay five dollars extra pp to have the later shuttle to avoid the crowd .But they let you stay in the room later which was a bonus.

VERY GOOD FOR WHEN WE LEFT THE CRUISE AND OVERNIGHT, ABLE TO PAY A LITTLE EXTRA TO CHECK IN A ROOM MID MORNING, LEAVING US FREE TO ENJOY THE FACILITIES, ie POOL, GARDENS, BAR & RESTAURANT. A RELAXING STAY BEFORE FLIGHT NEXT DAY. VERY WELL ORGANISED SHUTTLE SYSTEM WITH ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR CRUISE PORT & AIRPORT. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

The hotel was a perfect location for those traveling to the Fort Lauderdale airport and or cruise port. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again

Good”
We stayed here precruise. The rooms were good and the area was close to the cruise port. Plus they offered a shuttle to the cruise terminal. The bar & grill connected to the hotel was very good, we ate there 2 times and the food and drinks were really good.

If I did not get the deal I got for the room I would not of stayed at this hotel. It is at a great location but staff and cleanliness is just Ok. Yes I would stay at this hotel again if the price is right.

Good location for cruise ship dock but overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are outdated and not well insulated.

Great location. Hotel is clean, with 2 double beds, fridge and coffee brewer. Enjoyed good dinner/drink @ their restaurant/bar. Didn't wait long for the shuttle from airport to hotel. Free shuttle also to the cruise terminal.

Excellent location for Cruisers”
An excellent choice for an overnight or two when planning to cruise from Fort Lauderdale. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport as well as to and from the cruise ports. The pool was well maintained and the rooms well appointed. My only complaint was when we were waiting for the shuttle to begin our cruise one of the employees decided to be a comedian entertaining the waiting guests. He was rude, obnoxious, crude and mocked the age and physical conditions of cruisers. He apparently thought he was funny. I was insulted and disgusted and it gave me a poor opinion of the hotel having such an employee.

Great shuttle service to Airport and Cruise Port”
We stayed for one night before taking the cruise. This Hotel offers free shuttle service to pick us up from the Airport. It also offers free shuttle to send us to the cruise port in the morning. Great location, friendly staff and spacious clean room. Perfect for cruise ship passengers.

disappointing”
stayed at your hotel/motel for 1 night after a cruise. The shuttle driver was the best part, prompt and courteous, it went downhill from there. Room was clean and acceptable. unfortunately the toilet did not work and overflowed, and the shower and sink had slow draining issues.

The accommodation was ok, however, the communication between departments needs to addressed. Was booked to check out at 11:00 am on Wednesday morning but extended my stay until Friday ,this was done from Tuesday night. At 10:00 am Wednesday morning (one hour before check out) housekeeping came asking what time I was leaving, told him Friday as I had extended my stay. At 11:00 am he came asking the same question, this time I told him to check with the front desk. Between 11:30 am - 2:00 pm this person came back FIVE TIMES, even calling the extension in the room asking when am I going to leave. At 2:30 pm, while trying to get some rest, I heard a knock on the door, when I opened it, there stood the man asking if I am not leaving, I simply SLAMMED the door in his face and called the front desk, the explanation given was that " housekeeping was outsourced and there wasn't much that could be done. REALLY!!!!! By the way THERE WAS NO LANGUAGE BARRIER. HE UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH.
