Ueno and Shinjuku houses”
Overall are stay was nice, we just had to stay in two different houses and locations due to a water leak problem in this Shinjuku house. We stayed first at Ueno house of the owner which is very spacious and peaceful, everything you need is near. While it took us long travel from Ueno to Shinjuku house which was hassle because we need to carry all our baggages around Tokyo.

The buildingis very old, but interior is clean and beautiful. But, it is the apartment not the hotel.

Good location”
The place is very clean and is good for 4 persons max. It would also be great for 2 people and would be very spacious for 2 people. The location is also good as it is 5 minutes away from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome Station. Also it is 20mins away to Shibuya via Bus. The Bus station is also 5 mins away from the house which is very convenient. There is also a convenience store which is around 2-3 mins away.

Simple and Clean”
it was such a lovely place. it was small but good enough for a good night sleep. really clean and having a washing machine with detergent provided was really convenient for us. will definitely recommend this place for a couple or a group of 4 friends who don't mind small space but comfortable unit.
