Perfect location”
After a long journey we arrived and were greeted by reception with the offer of hot towels to refresh, Rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished, an excellent location right on the harbour side. Parking was in the NCP attached to the hotel with lift access, by an arrangement with the hotel the charge was a fixed price of £7.00 per exit, we didn’t need to use our car so for our 2 day stay it was £7.00

Great location, fantastic staff”
Ideally located although there was some noise from the bars at night. Room was v clean and well presented but disappointingly no tea and coffee making facilities. The service is excellent and staff were all lovely and super helpful. Will return - with my own kettle though!

Great Hotel, But....”
I spent 2 nights here this week for my neices Graduation. I had a standard room which was fine, King bed, huge TV, including Sky sports if that appeals! My bathroom had everything you need, but was tiny!! The loo was between the bath & wall, do not much elbow room! There was just enough room to walk in the room, close the door with your back right up against shower screen & the door just passing over my belly!! The bedroom area was fine but if you are a larger person I wouldn't recommend the standard room based on the teeny tiny bathroom! The Hotel is also not disabled friendly. Lovely comfy bar area & nice restaurant with view of waterfront, right in the centre of Bristol.

What an amazing hotel, wonderful staff, over and above with checking in and out. Close to all the amenities, bedroom was comfortable and clean. Shower was fantastic. Didn’t eat there as had plans out.

Inaki Guinea our guest relations manager was delightful. Impeccable manners and friendly professional greeting. Available but not intrusive. Inaki appeared to really want you to enjoy your stay. Restaurant manager Jan Holl equally attentive and courteous. Very professional service from all the staff at a busy time of the year

Great location and amazing staff”
Not very wheelchair friendly asked for room with shower as can’t get in or out of bath. Shower was fantastic but room was tiny in comparison to the other room booked luckily I can walk short distances because the wheelchair would not have been able to move within room

Excellent location for visitors”
Great position and the airport express bus stops outside. However if you have mobility problems with stairs it's a big problem as the dining area is on a lower level accessed by a staircase.

Long weekend”
Ideal location right at the harbourside. A short walk to to all the pubs, clubs and restaurants. Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Will definitely be back.

Great bar/restaurant area. Be prepared for small rooms and bathrooms. Ideal for a short stay.

Lovely hotel ”
The hotel was in a great location, room was comfortable, although small. Only draw back was my room had a massive cluster of about 8 plug sockets and hanging wires (not the nicest thing to look at) also, the air con was a bit noisy. However, the breakfast was beautiful and the breakfast service was second to none, nothing was to much. I would visit again but probably not to stay in the same room.

Great location but otherwise disappointing”
The Bristol just didn’t match up to the expectations I had for it. It was generally fine and staff were polite, but the bathroom (in a deluxe room) was tiny and it all seemed a bit tired. At breakfast I ended up with an unpleasant mouthful of grit and dirt from mushrooms that weren’t clean, and whilst the manager offered to take my plate and eventually removed the tray of mushrooms from the buffet, he forgot to actually apologise, let alone offer anything else.

Additional cost for parking not mention at booking. Able to clearly here people in the next room all night. Breakfast was a simple limited choice. The hotel was not easy to get to by car.

Nice Hotel Good Location”
It's a nice hotel and perfect central location. Unfortunately they didn't clean & tidy the room so when I came back from a busy day out and about exploring the city, my bed wasn't bed. I would expect this for £90 a night.

Was overpriced!”
Overpriced for what it is. Rooms are dark and outdated we paid £240 for a one night stay. Staff are helpful enough but that’s about it.

Run down - repairs not done. Loud”
Run down. Expensive for the service you get. Not all rooms have air conditioning. Not all rooms have bathtubs as suggested on agoda. My room had a broken shower handle meaning that I could only have boiling hot showers. The man on the front desk said he would send someone to look at it while I was out and this person never came. The air conditioning would put out an error message if you dropped the temperature too low. They don't have sowing kits even at reception. I asked the customer service manager to get in touch and they never reached out.

Nice rooms and great staff”
The rooms were nice and great location. The bets thing about the stay was the staff though, Every interactin was pleasant and they were great!
