가격대비는 괜찮은데 호스트가 알려준 비밀번호가 틀리고 고생좀했다 제일 심각한건 사진에 있는 냉장고 큰거는 사라져 있고 거실에 cctv 가 달려있어 우리를 감시할수있어서 기분 나뻤다 매우매우

기대보다 엄청나게 좋은 숙소”
전망이 좋다. 7층이라서 옥상으로 바로 올라갈 수 있다. 포켓 와이파이 ( 휴대용 와이파이 수신기) 구비. 나무젓가락이 엄청나게 많이 있다. TV가 거실과 침실에 하나씩 있다. 큰 냉장고와 별개로 침실에 작은 냉장고가 있다. 다만 카운터가 없기 때문에, 쓰레기통이 비워지지 않아 장기 투숙시 불편함이 있다. 또, 접시(dish)와 포크는 있지만 그릇(bowl)과 숟가락은 없다. 바로 앞에 할인 마트가 있고 역과의 거리가 가깝다는 점에서 위치는 최적.

Nice place for a rest, spacious”
Place is off Tokyo, but accessible from Yamanote, so its easy to get around. Big space, nice facility. Lawson downstairs, and quiet at night for a good sleep

This place is great for staying with more people since this apartment space is big and convenient to find from the nearest station. We really love the location, since it has Lawson on the ground floor and we easily buy groceries from there.

Nice place, near subway station 400m walk there is supermarket which have so many things we need. big apartment and complete facilities such us kitchen set, washing machine.

Nice location right opposite sub-way station. 2nd option of 8-10mins walk for another JR Station. Huge appartment for up to 8 person. Owner is responsive and even reply us to ease our issue at wee hour. Appreciated. *portable WiFi router is a plus point.

This apartment have 2 bedrooms. 1st room have 2double bed and the 2nd room have 2 single bed. This apartment so nice, clean and near from morishita station. Fit for group or family. I’ll be back :)

Hard beds don’t bother me but if you have a bad back be warned. The beds are quite hard. Aside from that this place is spectacular. Clean. Great, responsive staff. Convenient. Centrally located with many conbini and a grocery store close. Very big and lots of space.

Excellent value for family”
Picked up a night very cheaply so good value for a family. Positive: washing machine and combined dryer, bath, double windows for extra silence, lots of space, roof views, pocket and room wifi, walking distance to food and stations Negative: kitchen/ lounge-room wall camera -we covered it!

Very nice and spacious apartment”
This apartment was really2 superb. It has 2 bedrooms, which in Agoda seen there is only 1 bedroom. Very clean, spacious, indeed. The washing machine can operated as dryer too, until fully dry. Near from Morishita station (exit A5). Eatries, family mart nearby. the neighbourhood was clean too.

Nice Apartment with tokyo skytree view. We got very lucky with the room and managed to get a room with a view of Tokyo sky tree which looked amazing plus the beautiful Tokyo city view. Staffs were really helpful and great nice service. Very pleased that we chose this apartment. The rooms were very fancy and felt comfortable staying in them. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. you can easy take subway to anywhere you want as the station entrance is right beside the apartment. walking distance to restaurant and Super market other attraction. From Narita Intl Airport, we took skyliner to Ueno station and change to Toei Oedo line at Ueno Okachimachi station and drop off at Morishita station. Morishita station is a short walking distance away 1min. The room is on the 7th floor and can go directly to the rooftop. Pocket Wi-Fi (portable Wi-Fi receiver) is equipped, other In the room High speed internet. 2 bedrooms and living room is 90 m² wide. Air-con is good power. In the room provide security lock box. Staff is very kind polite. Would definitely recommend.

Property administrator not responsive to inquiries. We found towels inside the washing machine and a couple days later they were all dumped in a pile in one of the cabinets. Otherwise, the place is still worth renting again.
