도쿄의 호텔 대부분은 좁아서 캐리어를 펼칠 공간조차 안나오는 곳이 대부분이지만, 토큐스테이 체인호텔들은 공간이 넓게 되어있어 답답함 없이 편안하게 쉴수 있습니다. 친절함은 기본이고 출입방법과 보안이 아주 잘 되어 있습니다. 그래서 도쿄에 방문할때마다 이곳을 애용하고 있습니다.

오다이바 빅사이트에서 전시회가 있어서 그걸 관람하기위해 도쿄에 방문했습니다. 시부야,신주쿠에서는 오다이바가 접근성이 안좋아서 알아보던중 발견한 호텔입니다. 가격도 안비싸고 뷰도 좋아서 만족했네요. 다음에 또 투숙할 의향있습니다.

요츠야 역에서 도보 5분 1층에 편의점이 있어 편리하고 길건너 조그만 선술집들도 좀 있고 신주쿠까지도 지하철로 가까워 편리합니다. 관광지 근처가 아니어서 조용합니다 가성비 좋고 직원과 자주 마주치지 않아서 편했고 작지만 무료로 커피를 먹을 수 있는 라운지?도 있으며 얼음도 준비되어 있어 아이스커피 만들어서 들고 다녔네요

Great place to stay, clean and spacious. This is actually a small flat with Kitchenette, laundry machine and even a balcony. There are two supermarkets within 5 min walk and plenty of restaurants. If you get breakfast it will be at nearby “Jonathan’s” a restaurant chain. Will definitely book this again.

The kitchenette is a plus only to find out that they only have two plates ,forks and dessert spoons And only one pot and a ladle Not a standard set of cutlery when we asked for bowls spoon and knife a pan they did not have them so we went to 100yen stores to buy them and left for next travelers A pan should be provided as well This is usually provided in this kind of hotel for the convenience of customers The receptionists were helpful but limited English We stayed for five nights The maid came to change the pajamas and towels everyday and took the garbage out No cleaning of room which was told in advance Overall it was a pleasant stay Could have been better if they have a standard set of cooking utensils The Japanese food produce are very high quality and we love to cook in some occasions when we did not feel like eating out Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood

Not sure whose problem this is but the price I was quoted from agoda is not the price I paid at Tokyu Stay. On both occasions I was charged significantly more and was quite disappointed.

I really like staying in Yotsuya because it’s convenient to get to from either Tokyo station or Shinjuku station. I was impressed with the size of our room at the Tokyu Stay hotel. I was also surprised to learn that it had a washing machine and a small kitchenette in the room. The staff spoke English well enough to check me in and explain the breakfast process. The breakfast was Japanese breakfast and was more than adequate even though we needed to pick it up in bento style and eat in our room.

Room size was very comfortable for 2. Washing machine in the room was an added benefit too. Location was good- just a few minutes walk from Yotsuya station. Would return to this hotel again, thanks!

An excellent place with decent price”
As a student, we usually find cheaper hotel for attending the conferences abroad. Although this hotel has relatively higher price (just a bit), the room and equipments are excellent and absolutely worth this price. On of my best experience ever!

My stay here was great. The room was spacious and clean with a great view (and balcony). The bathroom was also really nice. It was quiet and I couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. The staff was also very nice and check in was super easy! I’d definitely stay here again!

Lack of service and cleanness ”
I have been traveling many times to Tokyo. For this travel, I have to stay for 4 weeks for my business; therefore, I choose this hotel which contains kitchen and wash machine. As my experience, if you are backpacker type of traveler, this place should be good. If you are a business person and/or family travelers, you might not enjoy staying this accommodation because of the reasons as below. Am I going to stay here again? The answer is No. Main reason is the level of service as Japanese hotel, also careless cleaning- Bathroom molding and smell makes me sick and sad. ( I saw other room's bathrooms but result are the same.) Pros: -Good for long stay (only some rooms has small kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, and wash machine) -5 mins. to Yotsuya train station (JR, 2 subway access ) -Many shops and local restaurant near the hotel. Cons: -Double window works; however, surprisingly very loud noise came through kitchen dict and bathroom duct! (I stay the top of the building, though.) -Bath room has deep back mold! and very deep smell comes from water drains, which I never experience any Japanese business hotels. (Result: I negotiate twice to having deep clean but....) -Long stay guest, they offer ONLY once per week cleaning and changing towels service. (You have to clean by your self unless you pay EXTRA charge (1000yen=about $9) per! clean. -Between the clearing service, you have pick up toilet paper if you need, garbage bag, tissue, etc at receptions. They refuse bring to your room. YOU have to pick it up; I never experience with any Japanese business hotels before. -Pick trash and kitchen garbage also only once in a week; you have to bring all garbage to trash center of the building by yourself. -Cleaning person and misc. workers cannot understand English; NOR Japanese. I cannot communicate to cleaning my room after 9am or so. -Washmachine of my room broken; and I have to negotiate to fix it. After negotiating SEVERAL times, they gave m

Away from the bustle of Shinjuku ”
The location at yotsuya is very convenient abt 6 mins walk to the station and just a stop away from shinjuku main station which is way too crowded a headache to navigate. Washing machine needs some time to learn the kitchen utensils very basic but overall size of room is good and near familiar mart and grocery stores

LOVED MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!”
I was taking classes at a nearby University and stayed at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya during that time period. Amenities are perfect for long term stay and location was fantastic, near food, shopping and transportation. Room a nice size and had balcony. Would definitely stay here again!!

Good room to crash in after long days of walking. It was nice to have a kitchenette for cooking small things and making tea, also nice to have washer/dryer combo in room. If you do use make sure to wash overnight as machine takes quite a while to complete cycle, and have a translator on your phone so you can decipher machine buttons. Hotel is close to JR Yotsuya Station, about 2 blocks. Small convenience stores and a few restaurants close by. Loved the coffee shop on the corner heading to the station.
