There is free breakfast eventhough the room I booked mention there is no breakfast. There is Lawson store located at the main building of the hotel to grab some snacks.

Super clean. Convenient shuttle. Near Terminal 3. But you can hear airplanes at night, and it's not bad but it's not super quiet, either.

There is a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel. We booked a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. The smell was okay.

First time impression ”
Pros. Clean, small but nice room, staff friendly, complimentary breakfast 0800-0900, free shuttle to n from the airport bus stop 31b outside Terminal 2. Cons. No shops around except a Lawson on the right hand side in the lobby. No instructions in English, quite a new Hitach aircon unit however inefficient in room due to very high humidity in Tokyo this time of the year (Aug). Rock hard hard bed to sleep on with a pillow which felt like it was filled with sawdust (lucky I had my own). On arrival the room temp was +27deg c and humid. The following morning the room temp was stll +26 deg, I would have been better off sleeping with an open window as it cooled off considerably during the night outside. Would I stay there again...only if I had no other option and def not during the summer months.

they have a shuttle from and to the airport, rooms are small but clean, they have simple breakfast but okay. there is a lawson store on the ground floor for other needs. nothing much to see within the area, its just good for an overnight stay when you arrive late or have an early flight.

Coarse staff. long waits for everything”
There is a convenience store inside the Hotel (Lawson). What should be a facility becomes torture. First, an uneducated official stops you from entering because you have to queue. The shop is small when entering people are waiting to pay and crowd in the 3 corridors and it is not possible to pass. No one organizes anything. And a screaming, one pushing another. If you ask anything at the reception desk, they look at you with contempt and respond grossly, or pretend they are not listening to you (ps. I speak Japanese). They charge you parking (if you will use it) Few employees, making long queues at check in. There is no one guiding. And im the real chaos of people crowding. Not worth the price they charge. If you like to stress this is the right place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

In all honesty, I could not say the room allotted to me was comfortable. Dirty rooms. was smelling so unbelievably bad. Furniture was partly broken Every staff member were rude and unhelpful. I resolved to never book this hotel. I need to speak to your manager about the issue.

Good location. There’s free direct bus to airport. In the morning, there are too many people, so you might not be able to get breakfast.

We Can Feel Japanese Sustainability!”
The hotel is committed to sustainability and cleanliness. I think this is the top class I have ever stayed in Japan. Lean service may differ in taste, but you can experience Japan's systematic culture. It was a little disappointing that the staff said ''No!" when the Chinese person used the breakfast tongs by mistake, but I thought there was no ill intentions because it was just a difficult communication in English. As a Japanese, I want to improve more my English skill.

Room is compact but very clean. The view is the airport so I have no regret booking in this hotel. The breakfast selection is just enough, not too many choices. Value for money. There's Lawson if you get hungry since this inn does not maintain a restaurant inside.

离机场近，房间略小”
因为到达比较晚，选择了机场附近的酒店，摆渡车准时到分钟，很惊人，日本酒店一贯的干净和很多人性化的细节，就是房间略小，整体来说是暂住一晚的好选择

房间看起来虽小，实际一个人使用不算逼仄，房间内设施也很齐全。唯一不喜欢被子，太寒酸了，也不舒适。
