Confusing ”

The hotel is slightly far from any JR station if you want to utilizes your JR Pass. However, it is quite near to Sensoji and Tokyo Sky Tree. It is near to other subway or metro station. Amenities such as toothbrush, razor, tea, pyjamas, comb and facial care kit was free to take at the lobby. The room was quite comfortable but the room we get have a window but doesn't have a view. The service mostly was ok UNTIL I requested an extra pillow and was told that I need to pay ¥1500. Not sure whether It was a miscommunication or what? I asked if that is deposit or what and the front desk not able to communicate well but at the end he gave me an extra pillow without charges. I hope that was a miscommunication as this really give me a bad impression of Toyoko Inn chain. This is my first time staying with Toyoko Inn. I have came to Japan for many trip and this trip alone I stayed in around 10 hotels & resort and everytime I request extra pillow I never get such request for extra charges for an extra pillow furthermore 1500yen was quite a lot. Other than that everything was fine and the Free breakfast was little choice BUT Delicious! Except that the dining area was quite small which was ok for me as I pack my breakfast and eat in my room. By the way, the New Year Day breakfast was exceptional! It gives foreign guest a taste of Japanese traditional New Year food! So basically everything was good except being asked to pay 1500yen for extra pillow which was weird. I hope Toyoko Inn management can clarify this as this really is important for me when deciding which hotel to book in the my future trip to Japan

The location of the hotel is near by the Sensoji Temple! (It takes about 15 mins to there by foot.) And they also have the shuttle bus and other facility or service, it is helpful for saving my money and time... it is convenient and nice hotel indeed.

Hotel perfectly situated for my trip near Asakusa”

I was very happy with this hotel. The staff on Reception spoke English and were helpful. Room was surprisingly big for Japan with space for luggage under the bed. The free breakfast was interesting , rice, pickles and soup Japanese style with bread. On Sunday there were meatballs too!!! I discovered my SoftBank phone connection was poor and the wifi didn't work the first night. After that it was fine , phew! I had to remove the batteries from a ticking clock in my room so I could sleep. The bed was a bit hard too. All in all very good.

I reserved non smoking room but got a smoking room ! Tobacco smells over the room include the bed sheets ! It was my most bad experience !

モーニング、コロナで弁当型式（1階で自分でおかずを選んでおにぎり2種類を選び部屋に持って帰って食べる型式）でしたがある程度満足できました 。ホテルは多分つくりが古いのでお風呂場との段差で足を何回か打ってしまいました。観光USEでは不満が残るかもしれませんがビジネスUSEであれば何ら問題ありませんでした。スタッフ対応も問題なく及第点でした。

เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า Kuramae สามารถเดินจากโรงแรมไปวัด เซนโจจิได้ และเดินไปยัง Tokyo sky tree ได้ ทุกเช้าจะมีอาหารเสริฟ แบบสไตล์ญุี่ปุ่น แต่ไม่ใช่แบบฟูลออฟชั่นนะค่ะ เปนแค่ข้าวปั้น กับ ซุป โดยรวมค่อนข้างประทับใจค่ะ สามารถเดินขึ้นรถไฟได้หลายสาย

這次不小心將錢包遺落在飯店,臨登機才發現,退房整理后飯店幫忙收起來,而後請朋友代領,並沒有太為難,非常感謝

離淺草鬧區近，但周圍環境不會太吵雜。 房間不大，但有空間讓大行李箱完全攤開，衛浴空間很小。wifi訊號強，速度不慢。提供早餐，雖然簡單，但是不錯吃。提供到上野接駁，班次多。 服務親切。旁邊有7-11。
