Great airport hotel”
Considering that this is mostly an airport location hotel, and noticing all the motels nearby, we felt the hotel was quite upscale. The desk staff were great, friendly and very helpful. They seemed to enjoy their work. The gentleman running the bar offered our grandchildren a free ice cream. They were thrilled with the treat. We just wished there were more restaurant options nearby.

The most pleasant and memorable experience ever in Fort Lauderdale! After visiting Eastern Europe, I have learned to appreciate everything about the U.S. and the hospitality business much much better! Good location, clean rooms, the only strange thing I didn’t like was from the main living bedroom space there were openings to see into the bathroom so you could hear noises from the bathroom and actually look in there I’m not sure who designed it that way or why? But the hotel was well-designed, nice lobby, nice restaurant down the road if you wanted to get out of the hotel, big outside patio to get some fresh air. Comfy beds and room omg with pull out couch was good size.

Quiet, clean, parking lot well lit at night. If you need a place to rest for the night its good. Or a layover from the airport. I would not vacation here. My only gripe is the restroom. The doors/walls are frosted. Not heavily. You are exposed to the person traveling with you. I prefer my privacy.

Good hotel”
Hotel was good but due to covid they don’t do any house keeping. The hotel looks new but you can see some wear and tear. I notice the floor buckling due the water from the shower but it was not fixed. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Cute , but the water from the shower leaks into the room. At 2 a.m we had some ignorant girls knocking on our door they then left running and laughing down the hallway , it was super annoying having to hear them yelling and laughing at that time (we had an early flight and we were traveling with a toddler and an infant so having someone knock really loudly at that time wasn’t pleasant at all.) I don’t think I would go there again.

Beautiful clean hotel. Great spot for cruise stop over. Great staff. Have great facilities but not opened. Breakfast available for $20. They have a gorgeous roof top terrace you can use. We brought our own music & drinks there

nice rooms let down by housekeeping service”
Nice size room clean and comfortable but I had issue with house keeping. after first day I left my contacts on the side next to the sink. when housekeep cleaned they disposed of my new contacts and left me with no new contacts for the rest of my trips. Then when I left the hotel I emailed and mentioned I left my electric toothbrush and shaver in the shower on the shelf which housekeep said they did not find... dissapointing points to an otherwise nice hotel.

Nice lobby and amenities ”
We stayed here for 3 nights. The lobby looks nice and clean. My boy loved the salt water fish tanks. Unfortunately, our room was dirty. It doesn't look like the floor has been mobed in awhile. The shower floor tiles are falling off and mildew in the corners and grout joints of the shower.

Quick weekend trip”
Had to change room twice within 24hrs. First had draining issue in shower, second had a/c problem. They made accommodations but these issues should be checked prior to customer booking the room!!

Not as advertised ”
Staff was friendly, rooms were nice, other than the lack of privacy for the bathroom (new couples: check your humility at the door), very little in the area, no bar or restaurant open on site as advertised.
