Very good for family trip”
Stayed here with my 19 years old daughter for three nights. Location is very convenient near Shibuya Station and quiet/safe slightly off from main entertainment district. The building is newly built (or renovated) and everything was clean and neat. Difficult to point out what to improve for this room. Perhaps, it is bit small for 4 people (there are four single beds) because there is one bathroom.

Hard to find location, poor service nightmare”
The location is hard to find and I was not sent the complete instructions prior to arrival. So I spent a long time wandering around the area trying to find the building. The building itself does not even have the the street number. Instead the street number shown in the listing was for the building next door. I had to ask a stranger for help. He tried to call the number given on my booking confirmation and no one answered. He finally was able to figure it the right building. When we got to it, we had no idea what to do as the building was locked. I rang the bell on one of the apartment and another man came out of the building. He helped us make some calls and was able to finally figure out how to get us into our apartment. The day after we checked in, I was sent a request to provide copy of my passport. After I provide it, I was sent the instructions on how to find the place and how to get the keys!!! Stressful start to our vacation.

Not professionally managed”
We were there on May 2nd - 5th and told the management prior check in that we would check-in around 7pm (check in time is 3pm) To our horror, the room has not been cleaned; the bed sheets were not changed, the towels were used and wet and the whole apartment was messy. We called and they told me get back at 9pm. Very dissapointing because we paid the cleaning fee. There were a lot of rules with many "donts" which we will follow but the management didn't follow the rule! check in time is 3pm!

Overall accommodation is decent but location is a bit off (not close by Shibuya)”
Apartment is at 2nd floor and glad that they have the lift. Location is not that close to shibuya JR station and we walked quite a bit with our luggages to reach the apartment. The bathtub water was unable to flow out and it got stuck from the day when we arrived. I wasn't able to send the photo to the owner and they couldn't rectify the problem immediately. On my last day of stay, they sent someone down to repair the bathtub and also cleaned up the place as i've told them that there isn't any broom inside the apartment especially we are staying there for 7 nights.

Place is so clean, a walk away from shibuya crossing and very near to everything. My family and I really had agreat and comfortable vacation. Will surely book this again.

10 minutes walk to shibuya. 7-11 and Lawson convenience store within 5 minutes walk. Good quiet location. Good facilities including washing machine, microwave, hair dryer. The inclusion of pocket wifi is very convenient for foreigners who require data while on the go. Two thumbs up!

Very nice facilities and amenities”
The room was perfect. Things were working perfectly. Mattresses were comfortable. They provided manual guide for the stuffs written in japanese inside the room which is great! Although they should have explained in more details. Love the bathroom amenities!!

Better than Any Hotel for the Price in Shibuya”
All in all I would have to say that this Apartment is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in all of my 30 + years of coming to Tokyo. The location could not be better, in a nice quiet corner of Shibuya 10 mins slow walking to main centre. Spotlessly clean, spacious, every modern amenity you could think of, and an extremely helpful owner/manager who can't do enough for you, makes the overall stay experience just that so much extra, than some sterile Hotel in the area that costs about the same if not more, for half as much value. TW45 Shibuya Apartment is a hidden oasis in the middle of Shibuya hustle and bustle..100% recommended!
