깨끗하고 지하철역에서도 매우 가까워 아이와 관광하다 잠시 들러 쉬기도 하고 핸드폰도 피로한 몸도 충전할 수 있었음. 호텔의 모든 시설은 좋았으나 지하철에서 출구로 나올때 캐리어를 들고 계단으로 이동하는 구간이 있어 힘들었음. A3 출구를 이용하라는 안내문이 있다면 처음 방문하는 여행객이 덜 고생할 수 있을꺼 같네요. 다음에도 이용하고 싶지만 남편과 함께 이용해야 할 듯~~

위치나 직원분들의 친절함이나 방 크기도 혼자 여행다니면서 사용하기 불편함 없이 좋았습니다. 단지 제가 받은 객실이 흡연객실이었는지 담배냄새가 조금 나더라구요.. 저도 흡연자이긴 하지만 노래방 냄새처럼 실내에 배어 있는건.. 별로 좋아하지 않기 때문에... 비흡연자이신 분들은 참고하세요.

Excellent Service”
The room is not big but very warm and you can find almost everything you need. One day during our stay, we were taking a little nap just exactly the housekeeping time. We didn't want the housekeeping as our room is clean. When we went out of room to chill in Tokyo, we were surprised that a big bag full of clean& new towels hanging on the door handle! Super good and worth you staying here!

Good location with ample amenities”
The hotel located nearby Hatchobori Station (JR Line/ Hibiya Line) and also 10 mins walk from Takaracho Station (Asakusa Line) which connects to Haneda International airport. Ample amenities but if only the hotel could provide 1 microwave at the lobby would be helpful for travellers to reheat food. Helpful staff. Reasonable price for accomodation in Japan. Room size can fit max 2 adults and 1 infant. Housekeeping done daily.

Quiet and easy access to Ginza”
Value for money, you have free access to their hot bath. 2 mins walk from JR and Metro with great access to other part of Tokyo. The JR line is the direct route to Disney, so this is a value for money alternative to stay in Tokyo.

This hotel provides basic amenities. It does not provide complimentary mineral water, but there is a vending machine inside the hotel where you can get some. And if you opt for their environment-friendly promo (if you choose not to have the sheets changed or the room cleaned), then they will give you free mineral water. The free breakfast is very basic (you can choose from several sets). There are much better food options in the surrounding areas. Their staff (at least the ones I interacted with) do not speak much English. The hotel's redeeming value, in my opinion, is its location. It is very near the train station, where the Keiyo Line runs (a direct line to Maihama Station/Disneyland/DisneySea).

Comfortable stay”
Standard size for a double bed room in Japan and had everything essential. Conveniently located and just 2-3min walk away from Hatchobori Metro Station. Bonus was the onsen bath (segregated male and female baths) my husband and I enjoyed midway during our holiday in Japan.

Stayed here for 3 nights. All I can say is room size is small, but was told to expect this kind of room size when you are in Tokyo. Very clean, location is very near to train station that with train lines connecting to major tourist spots in Tokyo (Ginza, Akihabara, Ueno, Shibuya & Shinjuku). Although it's a 3-star hotel, I applaud that it provide decent toiletries from toothbrush to facial wash and facial cotton! It has a hair dryer in the room, it made me happy. Downsides: Staff were nice and kind, but english proficiency is under average. However they'll try to attend you on best effort basis so dont worry. Room size is a bit tight, if you have two medium size luggage you're screwed. The bed is not really comfy, pillows were quite hard. In terms of comfort level, I'm going to
