Nice place with great location ”
This is a nice place which located 5 minutes away from the famous Shibuya intersection, Shibuya 109... It is quite small for my family (4 grownup people) but there is enough facilities for your needs. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Tokyo and want to stay near the Hachiko Statue. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. My parents are old so I asked them to let us check in early and I would pay the extra fees. However they let us check in at 1 p.m. without any extra charge.

Excellent location. Very near Hachiko and Shibuya Crossing and Izakayas are everywhere. We are in Room 405. If you want nightlife, this is perfect. But if you are a traveller with kids, its a nightmare. The boisterous laughter, shouting, loud music... it reverberates to your room and you cant have a good rest after whole day's activity. The bed needs to be repaired or replaced. The middle side part does not have cushion I almost fell to the side. Lastly, in 4 or 5 times I inquired, I chatted with a different person. I did not even see who I was chatting with. There is a washer and a drier, for a fee so no need to bring plenty of clothes. While washing and or drying, you can have a drink or two outside. Overall, value for money, location and cleanliness is great. But my family will go for a good night's sleep after touring the beautiful Japan! Domo Arigato Gozaimasu!!!
