Excellent for a Budget-friendly Hotel”
We honestly didn't expect much given the price but we really liked this hotel. The room is small but clean and the aircon is really-really comfortably cold. The food is very delicious as well. If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Tagum City, this is definitely is the place.

Found this place from its accessibility to the city proper. Just no proper cell signal and wifi in the room. Booked for my mother and relatives' stay. Room can accomodate 3 adults, facilities are clean and world class quality! Definitely coming back to this place once we're back in Tagum!

Very nice rooms...consistent condition and quality Staff are helpful...cleaners excellent A green hornets ride to the malls bars etc and there's a few parked opposite from time to time I recommend this accommodation McGuire

It was a pleasant experience, it will be 8 out of 10 for me. The location are good from the downtown area, the place is quiet, staff are courteous , room is cleaned. The only thing i notice was , When u are having a shower the water enters the whole floor which makes all wet and slippery, which guests needs to be careful. The shower is broken and at the same time the water pressure is not good. But all in all it was a lovely stay.

I stayed here more then once. Tagum has a very small number of decent hotels. This one is acceptable mostly, however the rooms are small, there are no windows, the walls sweat, literally dripping water from condensation, and the AC is spotty depending on the room you get. Just make your stay here short and you will likely be OK.

1. Cleanliness - no housekeeping whatsoever cleaned our room for the following 4-day stay. They put the replenishments on the side of the door. 2. Internet Service - THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! In our 4-day stay, we could say that internet was alright 1 day before we leave. 3. Service - they charge you 25 pesos for ICE and to re-heat food. I don't recommend this hotel and will never book again.

Small but clean rooms, with excellent A/C in the center of Tagum, small filipino breakfast available, as well as drinks from cooler. Staff was a bit noisy at 11PM though. Good value for money!
