Long Stay at Kokomo’s suites ”
Another great stay at Kokomo’s suites, really good room with kitchenette, two burner cook top, microwave and good sized refrigerator. Only problem with this is the lack of cooking utensils. What was available was minimal and old. Some of the towels are showing some age and are thin and grey. Apart from that have no complaints, staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff do a great job in keeping the hotel clean and tidy.

fantastic location within walking distance to SM clark, jeepney terminals, walking street and fields avenue, quiet of a night allowing for a good nights sleep, 10% discount on food and drinks and free use of pool at kokomos hotel & restaurant on walking street. The only flaw i found in this location was a poor wifi signal/service loss of signal multiple times daily, not so much of an issue of you are not there for work and spend most your time out barhopping and exploring the town and surrounds. Definitely a suitable choice for the single night owl types

Firstly, this is not the Kokomos Restaurant hotel, this is a different hotel, a little further away. The location is decent, but not right on walking st like the Restaurant. Having said that, it's got nice big rooms, right next to a 7-eleven and laundry, has a kitchenette included, and they'll bring you Kokomos restaurant orders for free (I believe, prior to 2am). I rented a motorcycle and parked it right out front, which was convenient.

Mixed feeling about this property. It really needs a DEEP cleaning, especially the bathroom. The rooms are quite dark (small window facing a wall). Aircon is new (inverter type), bed comfortable, lovely reception staff. I'd stay here again for its value for money and staff, but be aware of the drawbacks...

Decent option”
First up, don't confuse this hotel with Kokomos restaurant hotel which has the same owner, but is a different location. The location is further from the action, but not that far. Room is quite spacious, with mini kitchen, fairly well maintained. Located next door to 7-eleven and laundromat. No in-house hotel facilities that I'm aware of. They will deliver food from Kokomos restaurant for free up till (I believe) about 2am, which is pretty nice if you like that.

Good room size with quiet aircon and curling fan. Solid furniture and chairs. Good lighting in CR and entire room. Many TV channels to please anyone. Good security. Construction next door detracts from a restful sleep, as does loud motorbikes racing on street .

Very uncomfortable bed springs poking my back”
The bed was painful to sleep in, as coil springs were poking my back. Pillows were flat and old. Toilet flapper leaked constantly. Noisy fridge. Shower nozzle yielded very little pressure due to its cheap quality. Very Good lighting in room and in CR, with large dual mirrors. Lots of TV channels in many languages. Nice to have a kettle, microwave, minibar fridge and plates/cups/cutlery for two along with dishsoap and cleaning sponge. Fan over bed is nice and aircon is silent

Pros: Lots of electrical outlets, both split 110v/220v. Overhead fan is good . Good lighting in room and CR. Telephone, minibar,microwave, kettle, along with cups/bowls/plates/cups/glasses for two . Generally good wifi . Blanket on bed . Decent furniture)storage, with safety box. Good security for guests/visitors. Good TV channels. 7/11 is 15 meters from hotel. CONS: Bed is old, can feel springs poking into your back. Pillows are old and flat. Bedside lamp has no bulb. CR fan does not work . CR water pressure is low. Some staff not helpful or knowledgable. Aircon struggles to cool room in hot afternoon. Some construction noise. Security lights in room keep flashing all night. No free water.

some pros large room with nice furnishing great price comfortable bed large resteraunt menu full size fridge and stove. negatives no water for part of the day.. when it came back on it was all yellow so .. yea toilet was problematic and soaked my hands everytime i flushed plus had slow drip noise all night. have to walk up stairs with suitcase over dirty sheets etc.. the staff just throws on the narrow stairs. listing said 1pm checkout they called me at 12 and said checkout time. i told them time listed is 1pm and they didnt care and even worse showed zero interest in fixing it. told me guests tell them that all the time.. hello.. common sense says change it online. tried to charge me for two beers i didnt drink. shower rack was falling off wall. a bit far away. in all its a decent sized room but it doesnt seem they keep up on maintenence. still good enough to stay assuming the no water was a one time thing.
