スタッフの対応がありえない”

２日連続で宿泊しました。１日目に子供がベルーガの小さな人形を布団の隙間に入れて遊んでいました。２日目にホテルに戻ると布団が新しくなっており、ベルーガのぬいぐるみが消えていたので、布団を交換した時にそのまま持っていかれたと思いフロントに問い合わせました。調べますのでお待ちくださいといわれ、そのままチェックアウトの日まで返答なしでした。チェックアウトのときに再度問い合わせたら後日連絡するといわれ、2週間たっても連絡なし、こちらから連絡したら折り返し連絡しますと、言われ、そのまま今日まで1週間連絡ないです。ホテルは良かったですがスタッフの対応最悪です。

夕食バイキングにアルコール飲み放題がありびっくりしました！生ビールはもちろん地酒もあり、こんなにサービスして大丈夫？と心配になるほど。まあ皆さん常識的に利用されていたので大丈夫と思いますが…。とても楽しく過ごせました。 もう少しお値段上げても良いと思いました。

食事に関しては価格以上に満足しました。 種類、質、共に納得。 お風呂に付いても大満足でした。 部屋も広くてかなりゆったりしてました。 残念ながら上階の跳び回る足音が不快でした。

朝食と夕食の内容やサービスは料金に見合う内容で満足。 室内の空調が悪く…扇風機を貸して頂き 睡眠をとる事ができました。 スタッフの方は謝って下さってましたが 設備を整えないと睡眠時に熱中症になるかも？

また利用したいです”

大人4名幼児3名（2家族）で利用しました。 チェックイン前にホテル到着したのですが、受付だけ済ませ併設されているプールで楽しみながら過ごすことができました。 タオルの用意やプールの隣に浴場もあり便利でありがたかったです。 お部屋も広々オーシャンビューの和室で 洗面台も２つあり、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 大浴場では露天風呂から日の入りが見れたり、食事はビュッフェでドリンクやデザートも充実しており満喫しました。ありがとうございました。

いまいち”

経営母体がかわったのか、3月に再オープンしたらしいです。中身は全面改装ではなく部分的？故障した機械が多数「調整中」の張り紙が。それでもスパ（室内プール）は子供達には好評でずっと入ってました。温泉は脱衣所はすみにホコリがたまっていたり、天井もホコリがぶら下がっていたりするのが見えました。人員が足りてない様子。

設備とロケーションが特に最高”

鴨川市の海沿い、展望の露天風呂は本当に最高でした。 楽しみにしていた夏季限定のウォーターパークが悪天候中止だったのは残念でしたが、同じくらいの大きさの滑り台がスパにあったので、結果オーライだったかな。 各所に散りばめられた統一性の無いオブジェたちがつっこみどころ満載で面白かったです。 バイキングは朝夕利用しました。 私が選んだものは基本的にどれも美味しかったです。 キッズバイキングがあるのも子供は喜んでました。 朝食のパン、クロワッサンはキッズコーナーにも置くか、わかりやすい情報提示することをおすすめします。 キッズコーナーで食パンをとったらメイン会場のパンコーナーにクロワッサンがあってそちらがいいとせがまれ、結局和食派の家族が先に取った食パンを食べる羽目になりました。 あまり期待してなかった部屋は予想以上に綺麗で広い和洋室でした。 楽しい夏の終わりの旅行になりました！ありがとうございました！

施設の古さは否めませんが、清潔感もあり客室も広く、スタッフの方の接客も良かったです。 夏休みでしたが、プールが想像以上に混雑もなく快適に遊べたのが良かったです。
