Friendly, spacious & clean ”
The staff at the reception is friendly and had all the room card keys ready before I even checked in. The rooms are spacious and clean. We used the pantry to serve our group for our breakfast. The air conditioning was very satisfactory. The only cons is there is no local tv channel and the water pressure is a bit low. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much! Keep it up and improve the weaknesses.

1 st night Water heater was spoiled Previous guest rubbish was not throw No dustbin Water pressure was Low Aircon too noisy Telephone was not connected with wire Reached hotel 1am can’t complain, Can’t even bath no hot water 2nd day Toilet light was spoiled Air con was not functioning Room was not make 3rd day .. really disappointed This was my second visit Need to upgrade Room to moist with insert on the wall lighting was bad Wash basin too in My height 1.58 really got problem washing my face & brushing my teeth Don’t have extra towels What facilities are u referring Except the First emporium

Nice Apartment with access to Supermarket”
The room was spacious. There was a washing machine, iron and kitchen complete with utensils and cookingware. No free water though but this can be resolved since there is a supermarket at the ground floor where you can buy all the stuff you want. Location is one bus away from city centre and the attractions though.

If you're coming to Brunei, stay here”
This is the best place to stay if you're coming to Brunei. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable of Brunei and the surroundings of the apartment building. It is also very close (10 minutes) walk to the city centre and the walk takes you across a little water village with a nice boardwalk to the main mosque in the centre of Bandar Seri Begawan. The apartment complex is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a supermarket and other shops in the same building open until 9:30pm and there are a lot of restaurants and a shopping centre right outside the building. The staff even took us to the airport for free when we were leaving Brunei. If I come back to Brunei I'll stay here again as my no.1 choice.
