A relaxing break”
This ryokan was lovely. We were a group of 3 and the room was lovely and big enough for all of us with all mod cons needed. The large bath on the 7th floor was lovely and had an outdoor pool and the private bath we had was sheer luxury! Dinner was great, it was unusually as it was a fusion of Western and Japanese. To be very honest I would have preferred a full Japanese meal but this is purely personal preference rather than anything being wrong and the cake 'biking' was yummy! ( Biking means Viking which means buffet in Japan. Just go with it!) Breakfast was a treat for the eyes and belly and all the staff spoke English and while we were a Japanese speaking party it was great for those whose English was better. Totally recommended!

Acceptable”
We paid extra to booked a room with a view that's not block by the roof of the annex. The staff made a mistake and gave our room to another customer, made us try to open a room that was already occupied, and without any explanation he just gave us the room with the view blocked by the roof. We only found out later when we saw there was a roof outside of our window, the amenities were one set less than required, and we were led to table with one set of meal less than our group number of people for both breakfast and dinner. I requested for a refund of the extra that I had paid for the room with better view, the hotel rejected and said it was only arranged due to the situation at that time. This is clearly a rip off, because it is stated on its website that a cheaper price is offered for the room as the view is blocked by the roof.

fantastico ryokan”
Abbiamo passato una giornata indimenticabile in questo ryokan. L'onsen privato in particolare è stato fantastico. La cena Kaiseki molto buono e spettacolare, peccato che il personale, peraltro gentilissimo, non parlasse inglese, e dunque non è stato possibile capire che cosa stavamo mangiando. L'unico neo è stato che la camera, molto bella, avesse un forte odore di fumo, così come lenzuola e kimono. Al momento della prenotazione non era possibile scegliere, quindi avevamo messo come commento e richiesta speciale di una camera nosmoking, evidentemente non c'erano altre possibilità. Se avessimo avuto una stanza nosmoking avrei dato un punteggio massimo a questo ryokan

大変お世話になりました。 スタッフの方も親切でお食事もおいしくてゆっくり時間をすごすことができてよかったですが、残念なのは空調。部屋のエアコン、一番弱にしてもすごいうるさかった、かなり古いのかフィルターが詰まっているのか。 あと、お湯はよかったのですが大浴場がサウナ状態で換気が悪く、内湯はとても入っていられない。小さい露天風呂は外から丸見えなので絶対に目隠しが必要です。

ファミリー層が多い宿でした。 貸切露天風呂が豪華でとても良かったんですが、時間が足らなかったです。 2泊3日で宿泊させていただいて1日目の夜ご飯が揚げ物ばかりだったのでさっぱりめのメニューも欲しかったです。 それ以外は満足しています。 また伊豆に行くときは宿泊させていただきたいと思いました！

ゆっくりしに行ったつもりが、周りは子供さんを連れた団体と家族で、ゆっくり食事ができませんでした。もう少し配慮が欲しかったです。 またゴルフの帰りだったので、バッグ（キャディーバッグではありません）荷物が多いのに、誰も手伝ってくれない…。お料理は、アジアンテイストのものもあればお作りもある…統一感のない、若者向けの内容でした。唯一、貸切風呂はもう一度入りたいと思う様な内容でした。いろいろ工夫を凝らしているとは思いますが、初老夫婦（50代後半）がゆっくりするには向かな嫌だだと思います。

食事は量もちょうどよく、シェフの心意気が感じられる味でした。お品書きもあって何を食べているかよくわかりました。温泉も大浴場は一番上の階にあり、眺めもよく満足でした。山から出てきた朝日も見ることができて、ラッキーでした。 チェックインが遅れてしまい、夕食の時間が短くなり、周りでスタッフの方が片付けをしていて、少しせかされてしまったのが残念でした。

８歳、５歳、３歳の娘を連れて、家族５人での宿泊でした。子供に嬉しいサービスや施設があり、また連れて来たいと思いました。最上階の露天風呂からの景色が住宅街で、民家やビルの窓が見えるところがマイナスポイントです。

義父母、義弟夫婦と共に利用しました。 料理等、若い方向けでしたので、義父母にはイマイチな感じでしたが、私達夫婦と義弟夫婦は満足しました。 ただ、温泉の掃除がとても残念でした… 貸切風呂はとても良かったのですが、大浴場の方が…貸切風呂に力を入れ過ぎてるのか、大浴場の掃除が酷かったです。 若い方は貸切風呂がメインなのでしょうが、我々中高年は大浴場も楽しみたく… もう少し、清掃の指導を宜しくお願い致します。
