Friendly staff, very good location”
We stayed here three nights. Staff and breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean with high standard, unlikely the others we had stayed in while travelling around. AC, shower, hot water, comfortable bed all worked very well. The roof terrass was closed due to renovations but we found a lot good ones in the centre along the river. It was a clean escape, however we did miss having a window in the room. Laundry service was not the best. Washed but not really clean. Close to the centre with market and restaurants. Would come back again :-)

Great hotel and location - highly recommended ”
Highly recommended this hotel if you are visiting Can Tho. The hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly and customer-oriented. They prepared breakfast (5.30am) for us to take away when we went for the early floating market tour. They even help us to get the fried banana glutinous rice from outside. I will definitely give a five stars rating without hesitating. Great location for you to walk around (night market, shops, and etc) with many good food around them too.

Room is very new,very clean and well equiped. Very good location. Reception and all staff are very helpful and friendly. Reception and staff in the restaurant for breakfast speak good English. Breakfast is not buffet but you can choose from the manu, asian or american bf or continental breakfast. My singapore fried noodle was very good. We arevery very happy to stay in kp hotel

Could be better ”
The room design and theme is fantastic. But mine came up with some bump. Aircon was not cold enough, window curtain can't close automatically. Phone not working. But since I'm staying only a night must well.. Staff are great. Friendly with quick reactive. Bfast can be better improved. PS. The heater is super hot if tune to hot water. Do be careful

1. Good location with easy access to nearby local night markets and restaurants. 2. Very friendly receptionists, especially the man on duty in the morning. 3. Very poor room service. There is no safety lock inside the room like other hotels, and the housekeeper does not knock on the door before entering your room, even though you just check in and are inside the room changing clothes. The access card does not work as well, and the staff ask you to go downstairs to change by yourself. 4. The hotel is on maintenance/repair which causes noise and poisonous dust on all over your bike.

This hotel is good value for it's location and is being built to a good standard. But that's the main problem - it's still being built literally around guests!! We wandered down the stairs and found ourselves lost in dusty floors full of workmen hammering away merrily! The cheap rooms do not make clear they are without windows. We stayed in two room types over our three nights and the ones with balconies were much better. Both had zero hot water - a bit of a shock when showering. The first room had a lot of broken items already. It sounds like a nightmare but it's actually going to be a very nice place to stay in Can Tho, just wait a while for them to be actually be ready for guests!

Super nice and friendly staff! The gentleman who helped us watch out for the vehicle was over the top by assisting with our luggage when we checked in on Saturday, opening the door and bringing the vehicle out of the parking lot. He was extremely friendly and gentle! The front desk girls were quick, and our check-in and check-out were super smooth. We will definitely come back here again for another stay. Thank you, KP Hotel!
