Cheapest!!!”

The pros of this hotel are the cheap price especially if you book with Agoda not over 300 THB/night (Breakfast is not included). This hotel is not suitable for the one who likes luxury. It was renovated from a shop house, located too far from downtown. Many facilities are old but clean. The air conditioning makes annoying sound. Its balcony is dirty. The water heater is not working. The staff is good service.

Very run down”

Given the very low price, its not surprising that Kullawadee is pretty scruffy. The room was clean enough but badly needs repainting, the bathroom especially. Towels appeared to be oddments, tho they served the purpose. The walls between rooms are paper thin. We were woken at 6 by our bronchitic neighbour hacking his lungs out for 20 minutes. Cheap but far from cheerful.
