Enjoyable stay”
Good location close to good restaurants nearby. Good facilities including the spa overlooking the beach. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Assisted in booking a snorkelling trip but could not help with scooter or car hire. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful area. Weather was great too!

OLD OUTDATED AND LESS THAN FRIENDLY STAFF”
I was disappointed in this place. THe hotel pictures online are not accurate and from about 20 years ago. The hotel at one time was very nice. The hotel needs A LOT of painting, from the building, to the swimming pool and the tennis courts. If they would paint and update the furniture and train the staff to be friendly then the hotel would be nice. Atleast this hotel is need may places to eat, and we where able to walk to restaurants and walk to close to place to ride horses.

Worst resort I have ever been to”
The lady in the reception is very rude and doesnt know her job . I made 2 bookings from agoda amd she said that only one was from agoda because one was sea view without breakfast and one was garden view with breakfast . She gave us both garden view . I had paid more for the sea view room but she demanded more money for something i had already paid for . When i asked her for extention wire she said she couldnt move from her place . Other staff was very good .

Kumejima Eef Beach Hotel”
I can't say anything about this hotel. We booked a nonrefundable room and we couldn't go there due to a typhoon approaching Okinawa and the ferry between Naha and Kumejima. When my Japanese wife called the hotel the staff said that there was nothing that they could due despite the weather grounding transportation to the island. Needless to say I can't recommend this hotel.

Dated hotel”
The hotel is definitely dated. The lobby has been updated. The rooms were dated but reasonably clean. The beds were hard as a rock. The pool clearly needs to be drained and repainted. This may have been a good hotel pre-COVID but has gone down hill. To their credit, when the A/C broke in the hotel they made arrangements to move us to a different hotel at no additional cost. A little modernization and updating and this hotel could return to a very nice status.

Ótima localização se você vai a kumejima para mergulhar, também existem várias opções de restaurantes locais ao redor do hotel, café da manhã satisfatório, colchão e travesseiros de hotel standard ou seja mais de 3 noites você provavelmente ficará com dor nas costas , o melhor do hotel é o onsen muito conveniente depois de um dia de mergulho , você pode lavar seus equipamentos do lado de fora do hotel, tomar um banho e relaxar no onsen a piscina é okay mas deve ser reformada . Na minha opinião o melhor do hotel é a localização de frente para praia e o onsen .

ビーチの目の前で、海の色がとても綺麗なのでぜひオーシャンビューをお勧めします。施設はそんなに新しい感じはしませんが、綺麗さっぱり、という感じで快適した。プールサイドにハンモックもあって、ちゃんと夜は片付けていらっしゃり、綺麗に整えられています。 イーフビーチが本当に綺麗なので、1日中ボーっとしていられます。

南国気分”
３月上旬に訪れましたが、半袖で過ごせる日もあり南国気分を味わいました。ホテルの裏がすぐにビーチで、ゴミひとつない真っ白な砂を歩くことができます。 部屋と廊下ははダイビングした後、ウェットスーツを着たまま歩けるように木張りの床で、リゾートの感じが出ています。夜は廊下の足元が照らされるライトが綺麗でした。室内は広くて清掃も行き届き、枕も２種類用意されています。 設備が古いようでコンセントが枕元にない事や壁が薄いことだけが少し残念でしたが、全般に大満足でした。

入口を入ると広い空間が心地よく、全面のガラス越しに広がるグリーンの芝生とその奥に見える海は、最高のロケーションです。 食事も美味しく朝のバイキングも品数多く大満足でした。海洋深層水の展望風呂も心地よく、ジムもあり、お土産店もあり、ホテルの中で、ゆったり過ごす事ができました。また泊まりに来たいと思います。
