The place is very clean and they have many choices of Yukata for you to choose from when you arrive. The ambiance is very local and you can see that the people who work there love the place, their jobs and the people they serve. It's in the food, the rooms and everywhere you wander about the place.

Very warm and personalized service given”
Very warm and personalized service given. Every guest are treated independently from check-in to check-out. Some of the staffs are very bad in English, but they try their best with Google translate. Some staffs are better in English but they are not always around. Dining within the Ryokan Hotel experience is great. There isnt standard menu, they will serve whats fresh and available. Price is reasonable. The lovely part is our Ryokan room, they will transform it from a day room to a bed room during our meal time.

They served good dinner & breakfast . We requested a non-smoking room, but the room has strong Cigarette smell, the Japanese style mattress is too thin for comfort.

Arrive providers are nice and polite. The indoor and outdoor hotspring are great. They even provide the natural steam stove for us to experience using natural hot spring steam to hear up our food. It was fun, and we will come back to visit in the future.

Not worth it if you are comparing with hotel standards ”
The hosts were very nice, however the facilities were not good enough if you were comparing with hotels standard. Considering paying almost the same as hotel, it would nice to pick hotel. Hot and cold water in individual room were not functioning properly. No shampoo and body shampoo provided. Showers inside indoor onsen bath were not warm enough for after onsen. Hot spring water of outdoor onsen was not hot enough for bath.

良質な温泉”
鉄輪温泉という有名な場所にある旅館としては洋風な部分を取り入れつつも昔ながらの古風な部分も残っていた。温泉は鉄分も含んでおり、しっとりとじっくりと温めてくれて長時間浸っておりました。お風呂はいつでも入れてすごく楽しめた。

我一家四口入住，位置離火車站較遠但位於鉄輪溫泉和主要地獄溫泉等景點。距離鉄輪巴士總站只是約五分鐘路程。房間很舒適，空間足夠，房租要付現金。公共浴室/溫泉基本沒有太多人使用，隨時還可以私人享用😆😆😆。
