Nice rooms but a bit expensive”
we were unlucky with the weather during our 2 night stay at the kuretake inn. although we were meant to be able to see fuji, it completely hidden by clouds the entire time! although even when we went to lake motosu (the view of fuji from on the 1000 yen note) we were still unable to see fuji, so it definitely wasn't the fault of the hotel. the price was also more expensive than other hotels of the same quality.

the hotel was clean, neat and tidy although the rooms were quite small it had everything we needed. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the hotel was a little way from the station however the taxi trip was approximately $10 so not a big deal.

Expected more from this hotel”
We spent 1 night at this hotel and were not totally satisfied with our stay. The location wasn't the most convenient, the hotel being rachable only by taxi. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was rather small. The breakfast in the morning was nowhere near great. We thought it was kinda pricey for a small city hotel.

Thank you for staying at Kuretake Inn Mt. Fuji. The twin rooms are small, with two beds in the same size as the single room. Be careful next time. The large room has a deluxe room, so consider it. Did you like your breakfast? Also, when I come to see Mt. Fuji, I stayed at the Kuretake-Inn Mt. Fuji.

Just a brief stay passing through. Nice and clean, helpful staff, reasonably close to Shin-Fuji Station.

It takes one hour to walk from Shin-Fuji station, but it takes ten to fifteen minutes to take a taxi. I recommend the staff to come by taxi. Thank you for your comments. Please stay at the Kuretake-Inn Mt. Fuji.

夫婦でお世話になりました。 お部屋の窓からドーンと富士山が見えるロケーション。 残念ながら、宿泊日は曇りで見えず。 富士山と対面出来ていたら最高でした。 お部屋は清潔で、気持ち良かったです。ただ、壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の話声が聞こえたり、トイレの流れる音や、廊下で話している声が賑やかに聞こえました。 あとは、部屋のエアコンの音がとにかく大きく、静音設定に変えないと寝れないくらいでした。 朝食もサービスであり、朝一番なら人も少ないかもと思い、頂きましたが、コロナ対策で手袋まで付けてのビュッフェ形式なのに、テーブル間隔が狭くて、連休という事もあり、人がびっしりで、食事しながら大きい声でしゃべる方も居たり、前に人が食べたテーブルを消毒無しですぐに次の人が使ったり、感染リスクを考えると、落ち着かず慌てて食事を摂り、部屋に戻りました。

Wi-Fiできません”
基本的なWi-Fi設備が不安定でどんな機器も接続できません。スタッフが代替機器を貸してくれたのですが、それにも接続できませんでした。一晩中仕事もできず、眠れるのもできずで、大変でしたね。

Cost performance”
The staff is very polite despite the reasonable price of the hotel, and the breakfast is so good that it deserves a 6-star rating considering the cost performance. However, there is no convenience store nearby (within walking distance at first glance. Maybe there is one within walking distance that I don't know about), and it is a bit inconvenient to cross the road as the hotel faces a main street. (However, there were various restaurants and bars across the road.) Also, I went by car, but there are quite a few parking spaces available. Overall, if I go to this area again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

今回は、1泊。前回は初めてで丁寧な説明でした。 今回は、説明は短く、すぐにチェックインできました。前回の宿泊を確認されたのでしょう。 朝食は、6時半から。始まってすぐは多いですが、7時にはすいてました。 やっぱり、おおきなお風呂がよかったです。
