A very luxurious and grand view onsen ryokan”
The hotel provides grand feeling to accommodate customers. The location is near the train station. The staffs are friendly and very offer very good hospitality when we stay. The open air onsen rooms have an amazing view and nice design. The dinner is luxurious. The hotel also offers shuttle bus to shinkansen station. Overall, it's one of the most wonderful stay we have in Japan so far.

We are total 6 family members stay for 1 night . Excellent & worth for the value . Good onsen facility . We really enjoy . Good buffet dinner & breakfast . Good location where you can easily explore the small town by foot . Just 5mins walk to the small train station where the entrance to Kurobe Gorge . Overall is very satisfied & sure will visit again ..

Every item is great and enjoyable when you stayed at Yamanoha. Both room and onsen can enjoy Kurobe Gorge view. The dinner and breakfast buffet are delicios with many choices. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is newly renovated and provide free shuttle to Shinkansen station

Lovely view from my room facing the 2 rail and road bridges and the mountain with autmn colours as backdrop. Good place to stay and move about in town especially close to the railway station and the kurobe gorge railway.

A hotel with good onsen and good food”
Likely the biggest hotel there which captures a magnificent view of the hill, river and the red bridge no matter you view from the lobby or the onsen. Good service, good Japanese self served dinner. You can eat as much as you can including the famous Japanese crab, 松葉蟹 that is big and fresh. Rooms are big and of Japanese style. Onsen is really relaxing.
