Definitely want to come back here again someday”

The hotel locates 5 minutes away from the Yubatake, and right next to the outdoor onsen Sai-no-Kawahara. I really enjoyed its coziness and warm welcomes from the staffs. I asked for a room in a quiet location, and it was perfect. The public bath is relatively small compared to other hotels, but the facilities and the semi-outdoor bath are just perfect. I visited in the off-season, and I luckily went in when it's not too crowdy (basically liked I got the bath reserved). If I had to pick something, I would probably say that the dinner would be better without seafoods (it's also understandable cuz Kusatsu is nowhere near the sea).

Best place in Kusatsu with car”

Nice hotel but for price needs little updating to be great. Good location to park with plenty of easy parking space, my main reason for picking this place. Staff was friendly specifically guys work at entrance. I went out at Yamairo Instagram worthy breakfast place had both western and Japanese style. Good place to hike in autumn or come for skiing. This is good hotel but for price, we stayed in better place in town and glad we made both reservation to compare and no complains. This is great small town to sightsee and happy that we plan it for our first trip to Japan. Limited English but no issue with language.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff”

Family private hot spring bath, big and spacious room, free transfer to bus station

We regret staying for 1 night at this wonderful hotel, We missed our bus from Tokyo to Kusatsu hence only arriving at the hotel at about 9pm, check in was fast and we were brief on the facilities of the hotel. We manage to enjoy a short hot spring bath (private bath as we brought along our 4month baby) and was surprised that the private bath was well prepared with baby bouncer where we can put our baby on it while we enjoy the hot bath. Besides its near to the famous town where we manage to visit the next day and also close to the Sai-no-Kawara Park. We were given free transfer to the bus station.

The hotel is very big and good design. So many onsen baths to choose, also there is small foot spa at the hotel.

Very nice stay with attentive hotel staffs. My partner and I really have a great time staying here at the hotel. We spend the whole afternoon walking around the small town of Kusatsu and at night , we try Onsen at the hotel.

Spacious, quiet environment, friendly staff

It was a very nice experience to stay in Kusatsu. Staff there were nice, they offered me a free ride to bus terminus when I checked out. It would be much better if I could have a ride there from the bus terminus when I arrived as the hotel locates at the hill top.

Location is great, open air hot foot bath at front ”

Hotel location is great, close to both of main town and natural hot spring park. It's quite expensive and extra charge for young children (3-4 years old) while no special bed or meal provide for kids. No open air onsen, and the share onsen bathroom quite old with no renovation.
