Cozy Hotel”
The hotel is not big but the onsens are wonderful. Not only u can enjoy the hotel 's onsen. But also they allow the guest to enjoy the Main Hotel 's onsens So than means u can enjoy 4 difference onsens. The meal is so delicious. I m highly recommend my fans stay this hotel.

Front desk from Indonesia is helpful and speak English fluently. Yukata is provided to walk out to the street, kusatsu steamed bun provided for free upon check in ;) Room is spacious, quiet at night for a well rest. Location is great, right opposite of Ohtaki no Yu and walking distance to Yubatake! However, clog shoes provided is slippery with uneven soles, please upgrade it

Very comfortable and modern Onsen resort. Stellar breakfast and staff, short walk from town center. The female and male baths are swapped for a number of hours in the morning letting you explore all the facilities at both the primary property and it's sister across the street. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Very modern and well appointed room with comfortable beds, kept me warm through a -18C Blizzard.

Excellent experience with this hotel. The staffs is so nice, polite and helpful. I have booked a connecting room on 3 floor with my family, 2 adults & 2 children, the room doesn’t too big but it’s very tidy which have some wellcome snack and two bottle water in the room. I have a great dinner meal in the main hotel where is 3 mins. far away from the hotel also I have spent the time in the Hot Spring bath where is on the 1 floor in the hotel. I love this hotel so much, definitely stay again in next time.

Breakfast is excellent, but dinner needs improve”
Breakfast offers delicious selection. The bakery is compareable with specialized bakery shop. However, dinner is below average, also in the very old building that make the feel not very good.

Really nice hotel with great staff”
We stayed 1 night with breakfast included. The staff welcomed us were extremely helpful and nice, the team offered us tea/coffee & snack while waiting for check-in. The check-in process was very attentive, it was 1-1 service with detailed explanation of the hotel and area. Location is excellent, only minutes walk to the main area (onsen farm), shops & restaurants. Room was spacious and clean, well designed. Onsen was bit small, but not bad at all. We really enjoyed the stay, would definitely recommend friends to come. Thank you!

Very good and near to Yubatake”
This hotel is quite a private hotel. There are two types of onsen which will be changed by the time period at morning and night by male and female separately. So clean and very good product from Paul Stuart products. The room is great, especially the very comfy mattress. Recommended for breakfast, I do really like apple pie, smells so good. Above all, I strongly recommend this hotel.

一泊利用させていただきました。ホテルは清潔感があり、夜ご飯も近くの系列のホテルで食べました。量が多くとてもおいしくて満足です！そしてチェックイン後のドリンクサービスなども充実しており、よかったです！朝食も美味しくいただきました！湯畑へのアクセスもバッチリ！けど浴衣でいったせいか上着が半袖しかないとのことで、、ちょっと寒かったけどなんとか乗り切りました！お風呂がちょっと遅めにいったにも関わらず混んでて洗い場が3つしかなかったことが残念でした、、（たぶん近くの系列ホテルでも入れるはず）次もまた利用したいです！その時はもう一個の系列のホテルのお風呂使ってみます！
