Helpful and excellent service-minded. Car parking is available and the location is convenient to find something to eat. The room has a space to relax but the bathroom quite small. All guest's rooms are upstairs and it too narrow so guest should not bring big luggage. The coffee, fresh milk and friut milk at the reception counter are strongly recommend to try. We like it a lot 😊

The room was amazing and the staff were super friendly and caring. They advised me on where to go and what to do, conversed with me, and even cautioned me to make sure I drank enough water on a warm day. The classic video games in the room were also a super fun and unique touch, and the bed was really comfortable. Highly recommend!

外観と内部設備は全然違う”
外からの見た目は「民宿」そのものですが，建物の中はかなりゆったりとしていて驚きました．部屋も広くて「のびのび」と過ごすことができました． 館内温泉も４つあり，一晩中自由に使うことができます．ただ私には湯温が少し熱くてぬるめないと入ることができなかったです． ただ，それも「かけながし温泉」だからこそであり，風呂場はその湯気でむんむんしているので寒いということはありません． なつかしいゲーム機（Super Famicon）が部屋に用意されていて，家族で行っても子供が退屈になることはないという点もPlusです．宿の方の丁寧な対応にもいろいろと助けられました．

久しぶりに宿泊させて頂きました。 リフォームされててすっかり雰囲気が変わり素敵な客室になってました。(私好みです) 部屋にトイレ&シャワーも備え付けてあり、以前より心地の良い空間になりました。 ただ、私は寒がりなので広い部屋のせいか部屋が中々暖まらなくて、毛布をかけたり何度も温泉に浸かりに行きました。 あと洗面の所にゴミ箱が１つあるだけだったので 、お部屋の中にもう１つゴミ箱があったら良いかなと思いました。 温泉は4つの貸切風呂で予約なしでいつでも入浴OKに変わったのは嬉しかったです。 4回も堪能してしまいました。 親切なスタッフさん達ばかりで大変気持ちが良く、何度もリピしたくなる宿なので、落ち着いたら又行きたいと思っております。

사장님 완전 친절하시고 직원분은 더 친절하시구요. 사실 위치가 매인인 유바타케에서는 좀 거리가 있지만 어차피 음식점 많은길 통과하는 길이고 말씀하시면 바로 태워주시구요. (버스터미널까지는 차로 3분? 거리) 아침 저녁 모두 방으로 가져다 주셔서 방에서 먹을 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 개별로 쓸 수 있는 온천방이 4개 있는데 신식 시설은 아니지만 오히려 전 정감있고 너무너무 좋았습니다 ㅠㅠ 대만족!! 커플이 가면 베스트!! 방도 리뉴얼 한지 오래되지 않아서 완전 깨끗해서 좋았습니다! 음식과 위치가 약간 아쉽지만 다른게 단점을 모두 상쇄하고 남습니다~!
