Staff was so welcoming, location was great, nice view at the swimming pool, a small pool for kids, and delicious breakfast.
My room view wasn't attractive, the elevator wasn't working properly and the internet was slow, however all those things were surpassed by the warm hospitality of the staff, and the other things I liked. I would visit again.

Very helpful, friendly and professional owner. He drove me all around the are to help me find an ATM that worked. Rooms nice and spacious and everywhere immaculately clean. Pool and gardens very well maintained
The biggest drawback was the WiFi. We had to continually go into Byblos to get WiFi from restaurants and other hotels as it didn’t work. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and not be charged for pool towels
