New Year Staycation ”
We spent 1 week at Nina Hotel in Tsuen Wan West, as we have been in this Hotel many times. The Location is easy access to all public transport. We took Subway from Central. The Hotel is big. Have many restaurants, coffee shops and groceries inside if the Nin Tower. We choose the high and big room. Staff are attentive and helpful. Breakfast is great, Dinner is great and very convenient. Swimming pool, gym and meeting areas. Overall perfect. 🥰 Thank you very much. Happy New Year!

Couple - visiting HK n Birthday”
I have a very present experience during my visit to Nina Hotel, I am going for family visit and celebrate Birthday. They gave me a great room, though I detected someone smoking next door, I called the help desk, they can’t stop the guest in other room, but they help to apply air refresher, to help the smoking smell not as bad. Location wise, it is very convenient.. thank you Nina Hotel team to give me a present experience

First, outdoor swimmin pool is amazing. The view is nice from the pool. I highly recommend Nina hotel to family with kids. The hotel is connected to Nina mall so you dont have any difficulties to look for restaurants. We enjoyed this trip a lot

Accomodation was great, big rooms, high floor, clean all the time, cleaner came 2x to clean our room as my partner was tired and was resting in the room until 6pm, also very helpful staff. They solved all our requests with friendly manner and very efficiently too. Locations is great too if you like stores around you :) I highly recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely come back if I fly to Hong Kong again.

I’ve stayed here several weeks in the last 2 years and it’s a very good functional hotel. The area is really nice to explore with anything you may need and access to HK island is easy via bus or train. The rooms are large and clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The front staff Erica was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and complete with amenities. Their linens and towels are clean. All the staff were polite and nice. We are planning on going back to this hotel.

Good Proposal Option”
I choose one of the rooms in Nina to set up for my recent proposal. Front desk was more than nice to allow me to check in earlier that day in order to decorate the room, they were most delightful in assisting me throughout. The afternoon view of the bay straight from the room was spectacular, which was even better in the next morning. Nina's location is convenient but not overly crowded, I would love to go again.

If I was to nitpick, the only things would be the quality of the meal and the lack of interesting facilities here. Other things such as customers service, room view and cleanliness, and especially the bath tub and the mirror in the bathroom is very decent. The tv might be a bit old school but then you have LAN and Wi-Fi so you can watch it on other devices. I would recommend it to anyone who want easy, fast, midrange priced hotel. It’s the simplest solution

The view …. We stayed on 83/F! ”
It was spectacular… the hotel gave us a free upgrade and we stayed on probably a VVIP room… giant living room, two TVs (why do you need two TVs?) giant bathroom with a bathtub…super comfy twin beds and SPECTACULAR views by the coast. maybe my reviews won’t help…coz I probably can’t afford this room after COVID 🤣. The only thing we were confused was that it wasn’t carpeted, so we walked on wooden floor not knowing when to take off our shoes… and the VVIP room felt like a maze… the water bottles were located by a corridor next to the bathroom 😂😂, not next to the beds, nor near the hotel entrance. Actually, Chinachem Group was notorious for spending big bucks on confusing designs… so you may find the hotel room design a little bit off… eg ginormous wooden bench in the check-in entrance… then again, they are rich, so they can do whatever they want.

Friendly staffs and spacious room and bed. Convenient location, Located very near near to the tsuen wan west station and a bus station to go to the airport. The hotel is located next to the harbour if you want to have a nice walk around with couple malls and aeon supermarket.

Excellent pool, excellent location with plenty of eateries, parks and shopping malls everywhere. Very nice room - Must stay in Tower 2 where the rooms are nicely and recently renovated.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. More than five shopping malls linked up with Hotel by pedestrian bridges. Bus terminal, mtr stations falls within walking distance.
